What are the terms for the debt conversion part of the funding? I cannot find them anywhere. Even now, CORA do not have enough cash to build a mine. I still foresee massive dilution ahead for current shareholders.

The overpaid incompetent and most likely dodgy ones get rewarded again. 0.25% premium to current wiped out share price is taking the mick

RNS

Bert Monro, Chief Executive Officer of Cora, commented, "I am very pleased with the strong support received for Cora's recent fundraise. Over the coming months we look forward to providing progress updates on our flagship Sanankoro Gold Project."

Bsg...And that's just for starters 100 million needed here to build a solution for a mere 50k production return.

Tis never going to happen.

I told Corrientes exactly how this would turn out 2 years ago. He never believed me then and still doesn't believe it even now it's all been RNS'd. Massive clown with a massive case of denial and desperate optimism.

bsg - What you say is conjectural but I will say, looking at your posts, that you are a natural born pessimist when it comes to these tiddlers. Easy to interpret this state of play in a mega bear market for these small goldies, but we'll see later on.

What sort of dilution is -- convertible loan notes convertible into Ordinary Shares for a total of US$15,875,000 in respect of the Convertible Financing going to cause?

If they were issued @ the placing cost (which I doubt very much they will)

15875000/.0487 = 325,975,359ish

I reckon you could probably double or triple this so about 1 billion new shares.

Is that why there are no buyers?

Just done a little tester buy and it’s not shown again. Was starting to think my account has been hacked.

Surprised with that as there could be loads of dilution.

The most promising thing is the price never went down on the last RNS.
The company is now primed.

I’ll give it a couple of days for news to filter through and see how much the market likes it.

I wouldn't imagine someone would just wake up today and say:-

" you know what...I think I'll just go and buy 1.7m CORA at a cost of £73k" and pay 4.3p when the price was below 4p for less?

.....that is, unless he/she/it had been told someit? and I guess some others have found out too? But I don't know anything!
