Planning Application for M&S Food Hall at Ashby-de-la-Zouch Site, Leicestershire

The Conygar Investment Company PLC ("Conygar"), the property investment and development group, announces that it has submitted a planning application on its development site at Nottingham Road, Ashby-de-la-Zouch. The application, submitted to Leicestershire County Council, is for a Marks & Spencer "Food Hall", measuring approximately 11,000 sq. ft., with associated parking, services and landscaping.

Conygar has a further 2 acres available for development and is in discussions with potential occupiers on that remaining land.

Jones Bros. Civil Engineering are currently on site constructing the spine road and utility services that will open the site up for future development. This enabling works package is due to complete this week.
