26/3/2001 11:11 | Nice to see a 175000 buy trade. Gives back a bit of positive sentiment we really needed. Let's hold on. Q | quanta
16/3/2001 17:05 | Sef, this is the real bluejaguar posting. Can you please set yourself up as a new user ? i can't have you using my nickname, it confuses all of my fans. | bluejaguar
16/3/2001 10:59 | Well that has come as abit of a shock. Decided to pop into Tower Records and check what's happening with old Glotel and 'excellent news'. Well - I can't access any statement as to what has happened. I guess a quick T10 at 1.22 and hope I can recoup a some of the lost money. I will try their website...I doubt that will have any news though....Thinking about it..Considering the current climate they were possibly destined to fall come to think. | bluejaguar

15/3/2001 16:49 | chhhhht, very quiet day today... zero trade... very quiet indeed... qqqqquanta | quanta
14/3/2001 17:27 | I know Glotel shouldn't be hit directly by what is happening in telecoms (20% fall in the last two weeks)but a domino effect can sometimes take place as you know. Considering this and the state of the market, Glotel is currently holding up very well. Hopefully when the turnaround takes place GLO moves and doesnt stay stagnant. | bluejaguar
12/3/2001 16:37 | Nop....not a clou. I think Warren Buffet with his bricks and paint manufacturers investments is a very wise man. Quanta | quanta
12/3/2001 16:32 | Hmmmmmmmm. A strange and unexpected drop today... Any comments? | bluejaguar
09/3/2001 10:13 | Blue Jaguar, This has happened a couple of time recently. A few days ago it was 1.4M shares in two stakes!! and there again the price did not budge. The volume is certainely not low! as a matter of fact, it is abnormally high for Glotel (I have been following them for almost 2 years now). I think that the low price of the moment is being used by instututions to build up a very serious stake. This brings the total of those last 2 weeks "mega trades" at almost 5% of the actual mark.cap.!! I expect some RNS news about it within the next 4 weeks to be honest. I was in contact with the chairman a couple of weeks ago and he assured me that he was taking "strong actions" to still make the best of the balance sheet, even after the massive set-back of last month. This company is very tightly run, with the 3 founders still owning a very large chunck of shares and they are fighting for what they are worth (and for their investment). If you own some, keep them I would say, they won't desappoint you IMHO. Quanta | quanta
09/3/2001 09:49 | Dear fellow holders. I am a little baffled by the high volume of question marked sales/purchases. What does this mean? Obviously if it is purchases, why is the share not rising and vice versa, or is it that the volume is so low it isn't making any impact on the price? | bluejaguar
06/3/2001 20:18 | Premilinary Results around mid June AGM around mid July This is by looking at last years results timetable. | mrwildjuice
06/3/2001 17:01 | Well done Wildjuice, It did not cross my mind to make that calculation, but now that you mentioned it, it is indeed 3%+ News should follow soon this week. I wish I had some extra $£ to invest. TWT not doing bad either today. So obviously a Telcoms sympathetic day this was. When is Glotels' next agm by the way? Quanta. | quanta
06/3/2001 10:09 | There are 37.9M shares in GLO, The 1.45M buy is about 3.8% of the 37.9M. An RNS should be issued imo. Stakebuilding going on maybe. | mrwildjuice
06/3/2001 10:02 | Quanta Yep, was just about to mention it. :) Something is up... 1.4M Shares bought looking at the time of trades (8:15am)it is most likely it is the same individual. | mrwildjuice
06/3/2001 09:22 | Holly ravioli... A very serious position is being taken right now! This is about the biggest trade I've seen in Glotel since their launch 2years ago. Quanta Costa. | quanta

22/2/2001 19:53 | As I told you, here it is. Please appreciate that I took out the more private comments: "...Glotel has had a difficult few days...I do understand that our trading update has been a set back to everyone..It is not so much that Glotel are doing badly, more a case that we are not going to achieve the profits before tax we had originally hoped for. However on a more positive note I would like to add that Glotel is currently doing everything it can to turn profits around and we are taking a positive course of action. The USA economy has talked itself into a recession and the telecommunications sector is currently out of favor However, Glotel is confident that our industry still has an exciting future, as telecommunications is now an integrated part of the growth in technology. We are down but not out!.." I think those are all together wise and honest words from a man very aware of the general / global sentiment affecting his market sector. But as well very sure that his company and employees have what it takes to fight their way back to where they belong, and that is at the top of the suppliers of the big telcos. As a matter of facts, they still have that place, it's just one client couldn't pay its bills. Hope you enjoyed it. I am still a holder and very glad to have a share of such a company. Quanta costa. | quanta
22/2/2001 17:57 | Quanta I look forward to reading it, I wonder if Biomax is still in, he usually has an eye for recovery stocks given his recent successes on other stocks. | mrwildjuice |
