Deals are happening between miners with ACTUAL PRODUCING GOLD MINES....ironically Greatland were in a bind, with their major partner Newmont DIVESTING certain gold assets after their own acquisition of Newcrest last year. So basically Greatland's 70% partner didn't want the non producing Havieron asset strategically so they sold it off to Greatland, and included Telfer (producing gold mine.) So Greatland has a massive re-set after existing shareholders got slaughtered, but is now a real gold miner with a long life producing asset with 3m o/z of resources (Telfer) and infrastructure to reduce the developement and opex cost of bringing Havieron into production. It's now an interesting gold play. Conroy isn't even on the radar of the sort of companies and deals your reference. You continue to be deluded. CGNR is the Mark Twain classic line.

Deals in the majors are starting to happen.Minors are laggards in nature, although Greatland has just put a major deal together. Now it's a matter of when, not If unless there is a total collapse in the gold price, which could happen but looks unlikely On London's equity markets, gold miner Centamin surged 23.85% following news that it would be acquired by AngloGold Ashanti in a £1.9bn deal.

If they can sign a JV with gold around $1700/oz then they can sign one with gold over $2500/oz

Conroy was discussed in detail on the Roast podcast over the weekend, they had Paul Johnson on, who remains a shareholder here.

Whilst he expressed his frustrations on painfully slow progress he reckons at current levels the shares are a no brainer buy based on a sector rally where all boats will rise.

He also suggested CGNR shares could sky rocket if a meaningful JV partner is announced, 50p+ was possible.

Unfortunately this is complete Sxxxe. CGNR is not a charting stock, far too small and this guys record of tipping piddlers is suspectat best? Forget charting for these type of I'll liquid stocks, workes best for the large caps

They have been quiet for a long time maybe they are in talks re a JV partner, look out for an update.

Very few shares on offer, in fact a premium now being asked for just £2,500 of stock.

Have been adding here, still circa 85% off it's historical average 5 year share price and for no apparent reason.

It is getting harder to buy in size however.

Can see this moving back to the 12p/15p range PDQ IMO.

It will be very interesting to see if Nvidia results can prop up the AI-Dot com
Frenzy a while longer - or Portray some reality !?.

Simple fact is that the current AI frenzy is all about an AI that is merely a glorified Chat GBT Technology and years way from any true AI.

At some point that whole AI Dot-Com Frenzy sector will collapse with some to Zero.

Meanwhile will Gold be heading beyond $3000 in the months to come ?


For those protecting their "savings" be aware that the UK`s Finances are heading for serious trouble !!
