18/7/2016 07:31 | HUGE news and more to come Conroy Gold & Natural Resources Plc New gold zones intersected in Glenish drilling 18/07/2016 6:00am UK Regulatory (RNS & others) TIDMCGNR 18 July 2016 Conroy Gold and Natural Resources plc ("Conroy" or "the Company") NEW GOLD ZONES INTERSECTED IN GLENISH DRILLING * Gold Zones Lie within 150 Metre Wide Structural Corridor * Gold Mineralisation in Bedrock Traced Down Dip for over 70 metres and Remains Open in All Directions * Gold in Bedrock Confirms the Extensive Gold-in-Soil Anomaly ____________________ Conroy Gold and Natural Resources plc (AIM: CGNR, ESM: CGNR.I), the gold exploration and development Company focused on Ireland and Finland, is pleased to announce that four new gold zones have been intersected in a drilling programme on its Glenish gold target in Ireland. The drilling results, together with previous channel sampling in the area which had proved 1.3 metres grading 9.4 g/t gold, demonstrated the presence of the four new gold zones in a 150 metre wide structural corridor in the western part of the Glenish gold target. The new drilling results included intersections of 2.25 metres grading 2.65 g/t gold, at a depth of 18 metres; 2.0 metres grading 1.59 g/t gold at a depth of 27.75 metres; 2.75 metres grading 1.43 g/t gold at a depth of 36 metres and 3 metres grading 1.76 g/t gold at a depth of 64.25 metres. The gold mineralisation in bedrock in the drilling area was traced down dip for over 70 metres and remains open in all directions. The Glenish gold target is a large, 147 hectare, gold-in-soil anomaly located 7.5km southwest of the Company's Clay Lake-Clontibret gold target where the Company is targeting a potential of five million ounces of gold. This release has been approved by Kevin McNulty PGeo, who is a member of the Company's technical staff who holds a BSc/MSc in Geology and Remote Sensing, in accordance with the guidance note for Mining, Oil & Gas Companies issued by the London Stock Exchange in respect of AIM Companies, which outlines standards of disclosure for mineral projects. Professor Richard Conroy, Chairman, commented: "The newly discovered gold zones significantly upgrade the potential of the Glenish gold target, which is close to our already established Clay Lake- Clontibret gold target, and further enhances the prospectivity of the Company's gold licences in Ireland". | effiert

15/7/2016 17:10 | Nice chart here now! | vivgav
15/7/2016 15:51 | Starting to build. Will not see under 40 again. The Glenish results should be good going on previous samples as YOGI stated. This could have built a head of steam by the time they drill at Clay Lake. It dosn't matter if you bought at 18p or 50p it is going to multibag each time they release results to prove up the reserves. | activeinvestor
14/7/2016 16:22 | Breaking out now and nice consolidation here. CGNR really is a no brainer at these levels. CEO bought £200k worth recently. 13/7/2016 19:13 | The investment from Metal Tiger and the subsequent drilling was a game changer. You were calling for drilling ,well now they are doing what you said they needed to.Investors are pouring into this share because it is so obviously undervalued and has such a long way to go to hit fair value. We could get results very soon so this will only continue to attract support.Metal tiger do know the time of day and many follow them. This share has a long way to go. | newprom
13/7/2016 14:41 | why on earth would anybody with two brain cells to rub together, who has been here as long as you have, decide to top up now????? why not a couple of months ago when the price was sub 20? more bull.........it just gets better on here.....newbie rampers and old hands like newprom encouraging the newbies...comical imo. | thecynical1

13/7/2016 11:17 | Effiert. You are absolutely right when you state that Cynical is "a sad little deramper who has a grudge against CGNR" He has admitted that he invested in the company at much higher prices ,at a time when the company was not in such a good position and when gold prices were falling rather than going up.He lost a lot of money but we have to thank the early investors for funding the company. We have to feel sorry for him, really. | newprom
13/7/2016 09:10 | The CEO recently bought £200k worth of shares as did MTR. I would rather follow them then a sad little deramper who has a grudge against CGNR. | effiert
13/7/2016 09:08 | to all the newbies on here..... Check out director loans..... The ratio of salaries/salary costs to overall expenditure on exploration/drilling The use of terms such as "conceptual" when talking about possible quantities of gold....in the real world, the normal terminology involves terms such JORC-compliant.....i How long are they going to need to actually get any kind of production going here? One shouldn't forget that three years ago, they were talking about "three years as the timeframe"...their world obviously exists in a different time-space continuum. all obviously jmo. | thecynical1
13/7/2016 07:52 | oh dear.....a new flock of clueless gamblers........what a laugh! | thecynical1
12/7/2016 07:41 | CEO also bought £200k worth of shares in the recent placing. Sign of confidence | effiert

11/7/2016 20:59 | Conroy Gold & Natural Resources 2011 (CGNR) - CGNR activeinvestor - 02 Apr 2014 - 08:47:46 - 5148 of 7281 My financial estimates for anybody thinking of investing. Using an NPV based on 9% of total gold price at $1,350/oz. NPV of £45m based on the Scoping Study Resource on 20% of Clontibret. This gives 12p per share, devided by 2 for a 50% Joint partner, this gives 6p for 20% of Clontibret, 30p for100% of Clontibret. For the Entire Licence Area of 20m oz you are looking at 200p per share with a 50% JV partner. At the moment I hold 933,636 + 66,364 shares at close yesterday. Will add on any dips with the intention of holding for 10 years until mining is well established. | effiert |
