Some years ago there was an effort to oust Conroy and his chums, I believe Paul Johnson was involved, what happened, Conroy played it dirty and issued more shares to himself and friends and the attempt failed as a result.

Interesting that according to posts on X consortiums in both Canada and Australia are pursuing entities that have purported to have naked shorted the junior mining space costing investors £100's of millions.

Maybe the tide is about to turn.

I wonder if they have any intention of actually mining any of the licenses before Mr Conroys demise

What DM said should be directly said to management, and the management challenged to lay out the exact direction and plans they have for the company and how they expect to achieve them. Goals and excitement are pointless unless they can be measured against specifics. Else, they should propose a buy-out and take the company private or step aside and let some other moves take over. Gold at an all time high, not adjusted for inflation. If and it's a big if, gold takes off on its 20 - 25 year plus cycle. It Could x 5, then what for cgnr?

If BS had a value this company would be paying out massive dividends, that's for sure. Unfortunately for Conroy's shareholders that's not the case and the only people making anything are the friends and family taking salaries. What a hoot.

when your finds aren't economic you have to keep the dream alive by exploring. In this case for a quarter of a century. Shocking grades. Will never be a resource.

That can be explained by the resource being insufficient so the focus turned to exploration. This much was clear from the first set of drill results. Eyes open.

3,000 metres of wildcat drilling wasted when they could be drilling a resource.

Mostly intercepts under metre at less than ½ a gram.

TR1 holder has added nearly 400,000 shares, now holds 2.6m, must have been accumulating as no large trades have been reported.

One may suggest it is a bullish event.

From a technical perspective this looks poised for another run into the 18p/20p range, the stock has consolidated nicely around 14p/15p for some time now. It crossed 20p four times in 2023 and hit 18p in November.

I see 47m shares in issue, major holders have 45%, includes Paul Johnson with 3%, free float is low therefore

For the time being it has little to do with focusing on the Prof.

For as long as Demir remain in place - then this stock can "at some point"
easily jusify £30 Million Market Cap.

The Prof can only relate to the Market- what Demir allows Him to!

News/sentiment to take it there would obviously also be focused on the Physical gold Price.

Will Gold pass through $2200 this year !!?

I believe so.

anyone ever investing in CGNR has ended up being a poorgit not a richgit....this is nothing but a lifestyle company, where the Prof converts worthless directors loans into shares every time there is a need for fresh equity, but then gets a wedge of that new cash in the form of eye watering fees and salaries...for a company that has never generated a cent in revenues since it formed in 1995 (29 years...must be a world record) Every gold company has had 3 decades to do a deal with Conroy LOL

We have to consider that some of the Major Gold producers,
like the incredible Agnico Eagle,or Barrick or Newmont etc etc have at some point
been 50% down in utter senseless Market Capitulations.

At some point in the Months to come-If Gold holds $2054 then Gold Mania will be upon us,and that means the Dot-Com equivalent of Gold/anything stocks.

Conroy`s currently established Gold resource will be valued properly, and several Gold tip sites will mention Conroy, with of course the fairly reasonable assumption
that the Gold resource is going higher.

Conroy could rise hugely and fast.so I genuinely believe a £60M Market Cap
in such a scenario could be for starters.

That of course assumes that Demir remain fully on Board to eye potentially two
Mines and that potential 8 Million ounces

Of course to progress Conroy much further will not require 8 Million ounces
it will only require an intial percentage of that.

The Prof of course can only Publicly say what Demir authorise, yet it can be assumed
that what He says about potentials to come -Has been authorised

IMHO
