03/3/2023 09:52 | Read the rns properly. Did not say their samples were 10pbb... It says 10 pbb were indication of gold in bedrock. They could be the same as the Tellus samples... It does not say. | holycow1

28/2/2023 17:04 | Things have changed here, the senile ole fella has found fools gold in a country that has no significant gold resource or profitable gold mines. BUY BUY BUY! Fools will always be fools. | trader465

23/2/2023 20:53 | Go West from Northern Ireland (UK)...and you hit Labrador, Newfoundland etc. which is full of gold.......Newfoundl hxxps://newfoundland and could this geology extend east to Northern Ireland...Mr. sipptrader88 asks? Northern Ireland holds the world’s seventh richest resource of gold, but political violence kept most investors away for decades. hxxps://pubs.geoscie .....and Mr. sipptrader88 believes that it does and that it is now commercially viable so to do ....wot wit modern mining methods and a "Putin satan missile" under the price of gold! lol. | sipptrader88
23/2/2023 12:48 | Demir are in total Control here,so I doubt Conroy can make any announcements re Drilling etc: without their consent. It is all on a bet that Demir keep drilling and stay Committed,in what could be a serious Multi-Million ounce Gold situation. If they do so -then Conroy has a potentially awesome future. That "could" be a huge revaluation over the months to come,as most definitely at some point Gold is going to hugely upwardly revalue along with the awful current sentiment. No need to bet the house on it,as the future rewards could be immense. Consider- All current Major currencies are in the toaster Just a matter of which burns first. IMHO | richgit
23/2/2023 08:20 | Some filings from a gold ring will do the trick. Some may remember Michael de Guzman and the Bre-X gold find Scandal | trader465
23/2/2023 07:53 | At face, these results are good — but how good depends on how they were collected. (1) Did the geologist collect a random sample of exposed rock in the area? (2) Did she roam around the area, scrutinising the rocks, until a gleam in the rock caught her eye, and she chipped that bit away? | meanreverter
23/2/2023 07:50 | Of course they will raise.....but not for the exploration in the JV anymore...so just to pay the bills...and don't be so selective......look at the NAV, directors (mainly Conart's loan) and the whole paragraph! "The Group and the Company recorded a loss of €256,484 (31 May 2021: profit of €211,010) for the financial year ended 31 May 2022. The Group and the Company had net assets of €19,730,738 (31 May 2021: €19,987,222) at that date. The Group had net current liabilities of €2,113,516 (31 May 2021: €1,790,142) and the Company had net current liabilities of €1,476,293 (31 May 2021: €1,271,009) at that date. The Group had cash and cash equivalents of €1,216,097 at 31 May 2022 (31 May 2021: €1,513,286). The Company had cash and cash equivalents of €964,997 at 31 May 2022 (31 May 2021: €1,513,286). The Directors, namely Professor Richard Conroy, Maureen T.A. Jones, Professor Garth Earls, Brendan McMorrow, Howard Bird and former Directors, namely James P. Jones, Séamus P. Fitzpatrick, C. David Wathen, Dr. Sorca Conroy and Michael E. Power, have confirmed that they will not seek repayment of amounts owed to them by the Group and the Company of €3,069,148 (31 May 2021: €3,119,148) for a minimum period of 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements, unless the Group has sufficient funds to repay. The Board of Directors have considered carefully the financial position of the Group and the Company and in that context, have prepared and reviewed cash flow forecasts for the period to 30 November 2023. As set out in the Chairman’s statement, the Group and the Company expects to incur capital expenditure in 2022 and 2023, consistent with its strategy as an exploration company. The Directors recognise that the Group’s net current liabilities of €2,113,516 is a material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt on the Group and the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern and, therefore, that it may be unable to realise its assets and discharge its liabilities in the normal course of business. In reviewing the proposed work programme for exploration and evaluation assets, the results obtained from the exploration programme, the prospects for raising additional funds as required and the joint venture arrangement with Demir Export, the Board of Directors are satisfied that it is appropriate to prepare the Group and the Company financial statements on a going concern basis. " It's just their way of keeping control over the assets as "senior debt" holders......and the JV co. has done the due dilligence......I'm only here as a trader to make a bit back on past losses! but no point in making negatives out of nothing...you don't need to....there is enough already! IMO GLA | sipptrader88
23/2/2023 00:21 | That isn’t standard. Current net liabilities are over €2m revenue is zero, how are they going to pay this current bill? 22/2/2023 17:49 | Standard risk warning IMO trader465 and robemy, you're strategy could well be right but if I'd adopted that with IEC that went from 7p to £14 and company sold for £12.50 or GKP (I came out ok on that too but can't remember the figures) or GGP 1p to 38p ( I came out mainly 7p to 25p)....I'd be a few £100k worse off.....fair enough I traded them to a certain extent but if I'd held I would have made a few £million! As long as we profit overall eh? This is only one share in the share portfolio of 31 companies and the share portfolio is only about 20% of overall investments in any case....it's just to satisfy the "gabling part of me" lol. Goodluck to you and all here....lighter evenings coming in! | sipptrader88

22/2/2023 16:41 | I would never be a long term holder of a simple minnow explorer with nothing other than a few oz of potential. Companies at those stages should always be traded. This however is no longer at that stage and is now a long term hold for me. No large dilutions ahead to pay for any exploration, CAPEX or OPEX, superb position and derisked. | robemy
22/2/2023 16:21 | You'd have needed to be me to see how it went over a period of 20 years in here robemy. You just can't be a LTH or you'd have less than a penny in the £ now and hence a 99.3% loss on the original investment. Yes you can trade it...and that's it.....IMO Nearly a £200 profit so far if I wanted it now! But I'll hold! for now! 48,888 0.21375 GBP 10,444.48 10,250.65 | sipptrader88 |
