Did not say their samples were 10pbb...
It says 10 pbb were indication of gold in bedrock.
They could be the same as the Tellus samples...
It does not say.

Demir are in total Control here,so I doubt Conroy can make any announcements
re Drilling etc: without their consent.

It is all on a bet that Demir keep drilling and stay Committed,in what could
be a serious Multi-Million ounce Gold situation.

If they do so -then Conroy has a potentially awesome future.

That "could" be a huge revaluation over the months to come,as most definitely
at some point Gold is going to hugely upwardly revalue along with the
awful current sentiment.


No need to bet the house on it,as the future rewards could be immense.


Consider- All current Major currencies are in the toaster

Just a matter of which burns first.

At face, these results are good — but how good depends on how they were collected.
(1) Did the geologist collect a random sample of exposed rock in the area?
(2) Did she roam around the area, scrutinising the rocks, until a gleam in the rock caught her eye, and she chipped that bit away?

Of course they will raise.....but not for the exploration in the JV anymore...so just to pay the bills...and don't be so selective......look at the NAV, directors (mainly Conart's loan) and the whole paragraph!

reviewing the proposed work programme for exploration and evaluation assets, the results obtained from the exploration

the Board of Directors are satisfied that it is appropriate to prepare the Group and the Company financial statements on
a going concern basis. "

It's just their way of keeping control over the assets as "senior debt" holders......and the JV co. has done the due dilligence......I'm only here as a trader to make a bit back on past losses! but no point in making negatives out of nothing...you don't need to....there is enough already! IMO

That isn’t standard. Current net liabilities are over €2m revenue is zero, how are they going to pay this current bill? Anyone thinking there will be no more placings need think again.

(a) On 31 July 2020, the Company raised €241,012 (£217,333), through a placing of 1,358,333 ordinary shares €0.001 in the capital of the Company at a price of £0.1600 per share following the exercise of warrants.
(b) On 11 August 2020, the Company raised €887,164 (£800,000), through a placing of 3,200,000 ordinary shares €0.001 in the capital of the Company at a price of £0.2500 per share.
(c) On 17 August 2020, the Company raised €17,744 (£16,000), through a placing of 100,000 ordinary shares €0.001 in the capital of the Company at a price of £0.1600 per share following the exercise of warrants.
(d) In November 2020, the Company raised €247,801 (£222,000), through a four separate warrant exercises over 1,387,500 ordinary shares €0.001 in the capital of the Company at an exercise price of £0.1600 per share.
(e) On 8 January 2021, the Company raised €23,300 (£21,000), through a warrant exercise over 60,000 ordinary shares €0.001 in the capital of the Company at a price of £0.3500 per share.
(f) On 15 February 2021, the Company raised €50,155 (£43,750), through a warrant exercise over 125,000 ordinary shares €0.001 in the capital of the Company at a price of £0.3500 per share.

and robemy, you're strategy could well be right but if I'd adopted that with IEC that went from 7p to £14 and company sold for £12.50 or GKP (I came out ok on that too but can't remember the figures) or GGP 1p to 38p ( I came out mainly 7p to 25p)....I'd be a few £100k worse off.....fair enough I traded them to a certain extent but if I'd held I would have made a few £million!

As long as we profit overall eh? This is only one share in the share portfolio of 31 companies and the share portfolio is only about 20% of overall investments in any case....it's just to satisfy the "gabling part of me" lol.

I would never be a long term holder of a simple minnow explorer with nothing other than a few oz of potential. Companies at those stages should always be traded. This however is no longer at that stage and is now a long term hold for me. No large dilutions ahead to pay for any exploration, CAPEX or OPEX, superb position and derisked.

You'd have needed to be me to see how it went over a period of 20 years in here robemy.

You just can't be a LTH or you'd have less than a penny in the £ now and hence a 99.3% loss on the original investment.

Yes you can trade it...and that's it.....IMO

Nearly a £200 profit so far if I wanted it now! But I'll hold! for now!
