crazy thing is that on decent Zn and Pb results even at 30p the mcap would still be less than £25m

I think CON have 40 Licences in Au, Pb and Zn

The Dalradian chap hopefully knows what to expect, otherwise one does wonder why he joined the Board

🔵 Tiny Mcap of £1m
🔵 Very undervalued compare to its peers.
🔵 Only 75m shares in issue and much less in free float.
🔵 Plenty of catalyst in terms of newsflow to move share price up.

🔵 Zinc results imminent!!!😉
🔵 Gold feasibility study due
🔵 Lead and silver sampling

harrissen - you have got me started with the reference to Greenore Gold.
Now I'm going to take a more interested look at the web of Directors and Companies and I have to say it already has expanded my awareness.

One thing in common that I am finding - accumulated losses!

David Horgan – Director Director of AIM listed oil explorer Petrel Resources Plc
A director of Cooley Whiskey which was sold to Beam for $95m. Has led the listing procedure for ten AIM companies"

Cooley Whiskey was never listed for the general joe public to get a stake in it. It was owned entirely by Teeling and his family and a few close friends.

They skimmed the mug punters with rubbish IPOs at hugely inflated prices but kept the only decent wage earner to themselves!

What a shower of chancers!

Looked Up Greenore Gold's last set of accounts

Go on guess what I found ....

Before the results are revealed, these ditties:

"Our challenge is to progress a focussed set of high potential projects without diluting shareholders unnecessarily."

Then the report goes on to say that their partner Turkish miner Koza Ltd will have a 2 year earn in agreement for 60% of the holding company and for a further 4 years this will rise to 80% .... not much dilution there then. Seems they have learned much from all the years with the Clontarf stable huh?

The highly technical sounding work that appears to have been done by Koza ..... collecting 3kg of stream sediment per sqKm - 155 samples and sending it off for analysis.....Wow!

Hey its all right they have risen to the dizzy heights of getting a student in to do the work on the Ayrshire prospect.

Ok so those results ....... Accumulated losses of (rounded) £50k after capitalising £250k of intangibles.

Directors paid in ... shares.
Directors billing paid by Koza £44k

Botswana Diamonds very kindly lent them £8k in 2015 after all they share an office and directors and Botswana have loads of money right?

Ok so it's small fry - but it has not been floated yet - however it is another distraction, just how thinly can these guys get away with spreading themselves and getting paid for it?

I looked them up - not quoted?

Anyway from their website , I loved this bit.....

"Experienced BoD, committed to adding value
Board has listed 15 companies on AIM"

Adding value to what? Their pension pots perhaps, show me the current listed shares that have added any value for the mug punters....

Listed 15 companies on aim ..... surely that says everything.
Since they are always the same directors just shows they do not have any time to make a success of any of them.
But that does not matter because success for them is the listing. Note they go on to say absolutely nothing about all except one of those company's performance. Because there is nothing good to say.
Perhaps they could tell the public that of the currently listed companies there are zero sales , huge losses and endless rounds of refinancing - did I miss anything?

WOW! apples don't fall very far from the tree!
Mr Berkenheger is already part of Horgan's posse so he will be well schooled in
the art of slight of hand by his associates at Greenore.

Remember Petrel Resources and the heartbreak this mob caused so many naïve punters there with their misleading guff about their two oil fields in Iraq?

LOL!
The Clontarf cowboys sucker in another bunch of mugs and as sure as light follows day they will do a funding to pay the wages for another few months on the back of this ramp up.
There's one born every minute in Ireland it seems they follow those wretches no matter how many times the Clontarf mob fleece them rotten!
Unbelievable!

Well that's my exit. Can't imagine why MTR would have sold down if good news was on its way so soon, so I suspect every chance of a cash raise they certainly need money. Good luck to holders.
