This was always a gamble. No Sympathy. Sympathy for the long termer's here that have held from £4 £3 £2 £1.

Buying under £1 was always a big gamble here.... a punt!

Statement re: Suspension
On 29 July 2010, Connaught announced that it had agreed the terms of a short
term overdraft facility. Since that date Connaught has had continuing
discussions with its lenders and other sources of finance with the objective of
securing additional funding and a restructuring of the Group's financing for the
longer term.
The Group now believes that the availability of additional funds from its
lenders will not be forthcoming and, whilst it remains in discussions with other
parties, the ability to provide an adequate solution to the funding issues the
Group faces has become increasingly uncertain. Accordingly, pending
clarification of the Company's financial position, Connaught has requested a
suspension of the trading of its shares on the London Stock Exchange with
immediate effect.

So any responsible business/lender is going to forward substantial funds to a company that hasnt paid some of its suppliers since February !!!!! Most astonishing thing in all of this was the further funding from RBS !!!

ajmace - have you read the rns? This is why this game is very dangerous for some people and people end up long of stocks like connaught and lose a lot of money because they can't even understand a simple rns!

Because they will hope to resolve things with banks etc during the suspension period!

IF they relist it will be nearer 2p IMO, a very dangerous game playing long of this one!
