Usmcgs, sorry to have to do this as we haven't fallen out, but the shear number of post on here and iii mean I need to filter you as of tomorrow just to make it easier for me to get thru the BB's I read. Also you were (90%) constantly posting negatively about CNR whilst it continued to rise from 17p. Good luck with whatever shares you do have and if you start posting less we may chat again.

Yes the presence of Oracle,IFC and Melon on the register lend credibility to the enterprise.I'm surprised that these holders haven't helped to anchor the shares and counter the erratic ,spurious influences of an AIM listing.(We'll conveniently forget that high ranked institutions placed their faith in the AIM compatriot Quindell).I still think it unlikely that the company goes for a placing in next couple of months.A more stable gold price can't hurt the cause albeit it might not help that much.If MC does have an immediate target,I reckon it'll be to get back to around the 60p level that the shares stood at at the time of the "For Sale" RNS.The upgrading of the La India project is in part countering the disappointment of absent bidders.

Plasbyn I agree mostly agree but I don't Jim Mellon and I am sure many others would agree. His latest buy is peanuts for him and he hasn't hesitated to take profit before. I have held more. I wish it had gone to the imf

I'm sure Jim bought much much higher than this.
As I see it, Mark pulled the plug before he got a bid, because even 100% upside on the 18p it had reached, would not have been any good to anyone.
The good thing is that these possible bidders have done their homework (DD) and I doubt anyone of them will have failed to be impressed by what they found.
They just wanted to be greedy given the market was treating us as a distressed business, not helped by the inaccurate bleating of certain people we all know who should know better.
Mark pulled the rug from them, and quiet rightly.
If they want us in part as a share deal or even as a part asset sale they will have to pay a fair price.
There are more ways to skin a cat and with an asset like this, independently verified, Mark is still in a very strong position.
His experience as a City trader means he knows the options better than most.
Supported by some class investors like Oracle, the IFC & Jim Mellon the future should sort itself in our favour.
