Book5, when you left Condor and lost your options is that why you're determined that MC's options are out of the money

Need to start considering the mining licence expiring. Can't have long left?

Oldie Goldie pointed out, whether in humour or not I know not, that the company could file for bankruptcy. The way things are going, stalemate equals just that possibility IMO. Certain elements effectively forcing CNR to continue neither building a mine nor being able to sell the company could achieve that very objective.

I'd be very interested to know who the ultimate beneficiaries might be in the event of such a liquidation. Would the land that's owned or long leased, revert back to the government ?

After all this time, anything is possible, particularly as so many years have now passed I think an outsider looking in with no axe to grind, might believe that this is not just an outside possibility.

Come on CNR ; now prove that most of us long term sufferers are wrong.

But why does mark get any credibility? Anything he says must be discounted. You have plenty of evidence for this.

In the video he said "we own the land"
Not all the land, just the land

Last video of MC sounds lovely
All he needs to do is to make a reality what he says.
First step is to provide a rns stating what he says in all the videos: we own 100% all the land at la india pit, mestiza pit and hopefully América pit too
When rns is issue this will rocket

Yes, I was the 9th viewer of the interview yesterday. Today already 55 views.
Of course they will sell the asset, that is 100% for sure, and yes there are interested buyers.
But:
a) sell for what price and
b) will retail investors see some of the money?

It appears from a poster on lse that a video of last weeks Master Investor event has been released on YouTube:
“Master investor video

Emphasis on we won't be sold cheaply.”
This was followed by further relevant comments:
“ Contrary to what others have posted, i found this latest presentation very uplifting.

MC talked about the huge upside of the resources and he & Jim will not sell cheap, with a definite plan B in place at minimal cost, so as not to be screwed over, all 9 NDA still in place, no one has dropped out and interesting a large US investor now looking to join in the process, which throws into question the argument that Condor location risk is a major factor for all types of reasons, so i will repeat ..... a large US investor!!”

I have lost count of how many universities, old people houses, ong’s assets, and private properties that have been confiscated / expropriated ld for whatever reason.
Now even the Catholic Church bank accounts have been frozen at national level, this include the local churches accounts. Police has and is putting priests in prison . No dissidence is allowed. Police is framing with false evidence anyone they (government ) want to take their assets away and thrown them to prison.

People are scared, government can do as they want, the Russians is training the government in mass control.

Nicaragua is courting Russia, and China for their support. Hopefully it does not sell us short to them.

Ortega believes mines need to be run by foreign companies

how will the USA politicians respond to this new provocation of freezing the catholic church’s accounts? I will keep u in the loop. Since last week I am Running with free shares in calibre. I am sad about it but scare where all this will end up. Still we own some cnr shares that we will keep to the end. I will try to buy more cnr if we buy the rest of the land.

I think some of you will only get out of their state of denial once the company files for bankruptcy. I said this before, the insights into human brain wiring are just astonishing. How can you still believe in this after 1,5 decades of unfulfilled promises?

I love all the negativity written by the usual suspects on here. Most dont hold any shares and wont make a dime when this goes - i have filtetred a lot of them as i cant justify wasting time reading their endless drivel.
Posts by people like DDD are extremely educational and i am very grateful to learn from them - it is value added time for me.
When this goes i expect to do very well out of it - but then again i do actually own shares in the company!

Have a great Bnk Holiday weekend everyone - bashers and all:-)

Just saw this on another bb and thought it would be appropriate to post it here:
STOCK BASHING
This scheme is usually orchestrated by online message board posters (a.k.a. "Bashers") who make up false and/or misleading information about the target company in an attempt to get shares for a cheaper price. This activity, in most cases, is conducted by posting libelous posts on multiple public forums. The perpetrators sometimes work directly for unscrupulous Investor Relations firms who have convertible notes that convert for more shares the lower the bid or ask price is; thus the lower these Bashers can drive a stock price down by trying to convince shareholders they have bought a worthless security, the more shares the Investor Relations firm receives as compensation.

Some random bloke started digging up my garden earlier. I had to point out to him the I owned all of the land. He said "fair enough governor, your land your rules" and he left immediately.

That's how it is supposed to work isn't it ?

Condor has stopped giving “right of way” through la mestiza to around 70 miners. For them it will be much harder to reach their land to mine gold.
Now only two groups working in La Mestiza (cnr’s land); they have political “weight”, ie mining-jobs given to them to obtain favours ? Before there were three groups, it appears that Miners are not united.
No news respect coop’s land
Is the plan B a toll deal from la mestiza to raise cash for mini production facilities ?
Let’s see what happens, imho news are coming by end of June the latest

No idea what price is right.
If a potential buyer is not able to build a mine in the coming 3-5 years either, it‘s a more or less worthless piece of land.

agree, still they may buy a large % the company for say $40 million to finance part of the construction?.
