gosh shows how desperate usmugs is to get some shares cheaper!

The price is softening because the gold has dropped a bit.... it is consolidating.
Quite normal after a rise.

From the RNS

'...The Company is pleased to announce that Ross Beaty has subscribed for £1.5 million worth of Units and will have a 7.18% shareholding in the Company post placement on an undiluted basis'

....

I think the undiluted basis refers to Mr Beaty's shareholding percentage. This would be different if the outstanding warrants were included in the number of shares outstanding, i.e. fully diluted.

There is no mention of undilutable shares in the RNS.

As always, I am happy to be corrected.

When I was last in this company the management kept shateholders informed and the company did well as a rising gold price supported.
I see no reason why this shouldn't happen again.
The general trend has been up this year.

From iii:I didn't like Blabbermouth Child's deramp on TipTV that he has no intention of releasing news for months.As for Beaty Ross's non-diluting shares -- people don't realise what this means. This means that in the next placement, Beaty Ross will not have to buy any more shares to preserve its percentage. They will receive FREE shares to maintain their percentage of the company - because their holding can't be diluted.

there was a lot of money in commod indices inc gold, as the indices got liquidated so did gold. except people were selling cyclical commodities with good reason and gold got dragged down with it all.
