looks like Nigel Wray has been buying chunks of a company called Litcomp (lin)last week.
Worth a look at - Market Cap of just £3m but profits of £800,000 & Directors stating future outlook as excellent.Only listed on AIM last year.

I had to take 10K as part of my buying a week or so ago or pay a premium, couldn't get within spread. Wouldn't normally buy that few as they are in a pension where I pay a lot higher dealing charges. Almost wasn't worth doing but thought I wasn't going to get any at that rate - and as I think they'll double I bought. I dare say had I tried again this week I'd have got a fair chunk as that 250K looks like a seller that was about. Seems to have cleared him anyway.

I tried to get 15k wen the offer was 8.5p..they wudnt play ball and wanted 9p....left my order at 8.75 and got filled...which wud add credence to yur post 2cent

There is no stock around, you'll find that the 250k trade was a sale
given almost the offer price to fill buy orders at or above the 8.5p
offer.

You could only get 3-4k online, if you really tried to buy 250k without
a broker finding a seller to match your trade you would probably have
to pay 11-12p for the stock.

In my view it is wrong to look, and worry, about the spread.When they hit 20p and you look back, and wish you had bought large lumps .5 over the odds. Market cap is the name of the game for me, and that is far, far , to low.

that buyer however needs the shares to rise 25%just to get his money back and thats ignoring costs.that is why i have restricted my investment.
