26/9/2007 15:01 | 100K buy. Director? I do expect the seller to T trade later good to watch though. | just looking
25/9/2007 11:19 | Balanced post CR was hoping that you were not the seller. Not the norm for me but looking at averaging down. Only thing worrying is the seller 50k 2 days on the run at way below the bid. Looking for director buys at these levels. | just looking
25/9/2007 10:33 | sellers will sell anything in a falling market - and these are grossly illiquid. New management have been buying at this level. Must be benefitting from the flooding recently and the fact they have sold off VIKOMA gives them the cashflow to grow the business now. But as ever, everyone wants to buy at 9p and nobody wants to buy @ 6p lololol. CR | cockneyrebel

19/9/2007 16:39 | Not happy with the market here. What does some one have to do to get a mark up in this stock. Madness | just looking
19/9/2007 13:44 | Highlight this when you do please: "Outlook In line with the Board's strategy, the Group has now been totally restructured and is fully focused on the future. Working capital restrictions have been resolved and central costs have been reduced commensurate with the ongoing business. Conder Environmental Solutions is now positioned not only to maximise the opportunities in its existing marketplace but also to expand into export markets, the benefits of which should have a positive impact from the second half onwards. Further new products are being developed and will be rolled out throughout the year. Hydroserve continues to rebuild its position in its core domestic market and is seeing growth in the commercial service sector. As a result of these developments the Group expects to achieve a small profit in the first half of the current financial year compared to the loss on continuing operations for the first half of the prior year. The Group is expected to be profitable for the year ending April 2008. CR | cockneyrebel
19/9/2007 13:39 | ok, ta CR | cockneyrebel
19/9/2007 11:54 | cr, It is my intention to update the old thread. G. | garth
19/9/2007 07:47 | Company back in profit in H1 and for full year being forecast. Back to exporting too now they have cashflow and offloaded that huge albatross. New Management have it sorted now imo - and they are buying shares. CR | cockneyrebel
11/9/2007 19:41 | Called my broker and asked how many he could get me at 7.5p manrobert, broker came back and said they could get 25K @ 6.5p. Got some just over bid last week too - obviously a seller about. Thing is the day of the results, if they are good and the directors are in for more shares they'll get that lot that are on offer before you or I get a look in - but at the moment they can't buy. jonwig - that should be 'somewhat' sorry. In for 175K now - prepared to wtite it off if I had too but with directors buying heavy and from what they've been saying I reckon they may well be a multi-bagger from here. CR | cockneyrebel
11/9/2007 19:18 | Hope you are right CR | just looking
11/9/2007 16:43 | how did youmanage to buy at 6.5? | manrobert
07/9/2007 10:52 | Well look at it this way - they said they made up nearly all the H1 losses in H2. Lets say they are talking about continuing operation to be conservative - that means they must have made around 1p eps in H2. A small pre-tax profit made in the first two months since year end. If they only make that circa 1p eps they made in H2 in the whole of this year they are on a PE of 7. That leaves the chance that if they make 1p again in H1 and in H2 the PE would be 3.5 :-) Now I don't know what they are going to do but with the directors buying lots of shares and the co in profit I can't see a lot of downside. O'd Chairm lobbed out recently. Several directors booted off about 15 months ago - I have a theroy it takes around about that time fore new management to start to show progress. Results mid Sep so we'll see - deadly tight to buy - if they do look exciting there's no way punters will get many in a rising market imo. CR | cockneyrebel
06/9/2007 11:13 | Well done CR took my eye off the ball and left these in the bottom draw. Hope your right hold quite a few now. Not long left to wait though. Delayed sells maybe mad to sell now. | just looking
06/9/2007 10:54 | 7p to buy today. Now when these are racing up the punters will be whinging 'why can't you buy in any volume?' Only way to do it is to buy when there are no buyers about. Just got myself another 40K @ 6.5p - a little over what the directors were buying at recently "Conder Environmental plc ("Conder" or the "Company") Pre Close Trading Update The directors of Conder are pleased to announce a trading update in respect of the year ended 30 April 2007. Since the interim results for the group were announced on 26 January 2007, a significant proportion of the first half loss has been recovered in the second half. The second half has also been cash generative, following the disposal of Vikoma International Limited, previously announced on 26 January 2007. Further, the group has achieved a small profit before tax in the first two months of the new financial year. The Board expects the year ending on 30 April 2008 as a whole to be profitable and cash generative. The Company expects to issue its preliminary announcement of its results for the year ended 30 April 2007 in mid-September. CR | cockneyrebel
