The Board of Hot Tuna (International) PLC today announces that an Extraordinary
General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company to receive the financial statements for
the period ended 30 June 2006 will be convened for 11.00am on 29 September 2006
at the offices of Seymour Pierce at Bucklersbury House, 3 Queen Victoria Street,
London, EC4N 8EL.

Further information on the proposed resolutions is set out in a letter to
shareholders containing the notice of EGM which was posted to shareholders of
the Company today.
