The Company was informed on 13 March 2007 that due to the EU Transparency
Directive, Fidelity International Limited ("FIL") is no longer aggregating its
shareholding with FMR Corp ("FMR"). Due to this FIL do not have a notifiable
interest. However, FMR currently hold 2,349,400 ordinary shares in the Company,
representing 3.06 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company which
bear voting rights.
