Update re Ve Interactive Limited
The Company notes the High Court ruling announced earlier this week where the Administrators to Ve Interactive Limited ("Ve"), were removed by the Court and replaced by Deloitte. It is too early to say what this may mean for our investment in Ve, if anything, but the Directors will closely monitor the situation and make further announcements as appropriate. The value of Concha's investment in Ve is currently fully impaired on the Company's balance sheet
