Very unusual for a CEO to get demoted. Usually they get fired. Strange situation. On the plus side, at least new Chairman has called a spade a spade.

Translation. Since joining in July I cAnnot believe how inept the Business is. Therefore I have demoted the CEO and brought in new directors whilst I become full time to try and sort it out. Obv we need yet another placing. I hope to get some UK sales but no guarantees.

I am hoping the board changes and equity raising do the trick - hard to argue with your assessment, although I have pulled the trigger, and sitting on a small loss.

There's one aspect of this share that tells you everything you need to know. They've just had a placing and Henau hasn't added to his meagre holding of less than £8K in shares. Other than the third party transactions I'd be interested to know who else has stumped up cash for the oversubscribed equity raise.

Henau has presided over a complete collapse in the share price and has failed miserably to get the supply chain, production and sales functions organised to a standard capable of delivering what appears to be a decent product.

It seems pretty obvious to me the most important criteria for delivering this product was to have leadership with experience of operating in China, does Henau have this?
Strikes me he's not spending enough time at the coal face but sitting behind his desk in the UK

He should be removed and replaced with someone with sufficient drive and investment interest to get the business moving.

I'm not invested, nonetheless I've been watching with interest. At some point in the near future it will go bust if it continues in the current vein.

Still on my watch list for now but something needs to develop soon.

Downside is just limited to a further 5p loss now. You can still lose a big chunk of your money here. I nibbled several years ago and sold when trend broke and it's never recovered

I feel for the LTHers, but now is a great entry / top-up point, with very limited downside for the next 6 months, and likely good news events such as winning the CE mark, and sales starting in Europe. I have recently bought in, I'm slightly underwater now, but happy that the current account is back to rude health, and indeed much potential for the share price to rocket past the 7p (last but but one placing price) with any positive news.

Placing supported by related Partys. I suspect that is because there was little support elsewhere.


I certainly wont be buying until we have evidence they are actually selling something other than hot air and share dilution

Well, you can't say I didn't give repeated warnings here. Ever diluted cash raisings. This one at 4p. Last one in November was 7p.

Good to see the board being re-structured. A lot of work lies ahead, but seems like a decent price for what I see as a deep out of the money call option.

Good to hear you're still holding but like you, my patient is wearing thin. last year CPT made up almost 15% of my portfolio and I was feeling rather depressed viewing an every increasing loss every time I logged in so I took the hit and sold a large majority.

It was painful to lose nearly half my investment but if I had continued to hold that amount until now I would looking at a 70% loss. My holding is now only 1.5% of my portfolio and I have averaged down so I am holding at a 30% loss so I am at a much more comfortable level even if the worst happens.

It appears that CPTs idea to launch in China first has been a disaster. CPT have not even confirmed if they have competed their first and only material order a year after receiving it. I just hope we see a turn around when CE marking is obtained. GLA

Yes I'm still holding, these deals with the big boys can often take much longer to play out than PI's hope for. I am getting to the stage where I wish I'd never heard of the Company though!! They need to deliver on something!

Hey PJ,

You still holding CPT? After the huge announcement on the 26th April re Sinopharma deal nothing has materialised. I am holding a small quantity in the hope that we get a good order with 50% upfront payment but being almost 3 months on from the SinoPharma RNS it is looking very unlikely.

After holding CPT for 2 years I'm particularly annoyed at the management team and the continual delays in obtaining CE marking and EU launch.
