Concepta held an event on the 22nd Nov to launch the MYlotus product into more areas of China through distributors. Was expecting some kind of update on how the event went but as I have come to expect from Concepta over the past few months.......Nothing

City bankers just made a cool 10% of 242.90k shares to add to the 150k this morning at 150k shares at 7.5p.

For what it's worth I'd be surprised if there's much appetite to sell below 7p so I think the placing probably puts a floor under the price.

Well, shareholders have just stumped up for £2m, so presumably they did their homework and were satisfied with what they heard. On that basis, I would tend to hold on Guessing, but who knows.

I have been holding Concepta since August 2016 with an average price of 14p. Although I believe this is a good product with huge potential I have been really frustrated at the complete lack of relevant news releases this year which has certainly not helped the Share price.

I am currently at a 46% loss and in a position that I sell and accept the loss or hold on, in the hope that 2018 is indeed a transformal year. The thing is that this company has made numerous announcements over the past 15 months and everyone has been delayed. Who knows?

Thanks so much Michael for your watchful eye and unrequested views on this share. I am sure that shareholders will take note of what you have say. It is indeed comforting for them to have St. Michael the Mouse, the well known guardian angel of ADFVN, to look over them and do his best to protect them from the unsavories and rough waters of the stock market. There it is as predicted a hugely diluted cash raise at 7p. Slightly better price than anticipated (5p) but not by much. Bear in mind the share price was around 13p (46% discounted placing) when I alerted you to what was going on here in early July. Cash raised is £2m which won't even last a year imo. Dilution is more than a quarter of the previous share capital and a fifth of the enlarged share capital.

I'd advise that you read my previous posts on this one and others that are very similar. It'll save you getting suckered in by the paid pimps pumping these loss making cash burners in their attempts to prop up the share price and line their own pockets at your expense.
