Coms (AIM: COMS)— This is a recovery play. The company grew very quickly, making a string of acquisitions that it failed to integrate properly. From being a star performer its price fell right back. Now it has a new management team of turnaround specialists, which includes Frank Beechinor as chairman – although it has still to install its new chief executive. It is held by Helium which has just doubled its holding to 15.09%. Coms is priced to go bust but when the market realises it is making a recovery I expect it will rise substantially.

Nice to hear that the market is buzzing. Aside from the buzzing, what PE ratio do you think this should be trading at? Or are you a book value investor? What would you say is the current NAV? The NAV at the interim stage, ex intangibles stood at a paltry £2m - since then we have been informed that the loss for the FY will be " a substantial loss for the financial year ended 31 January 2015 of at least several million pounds." What will that do to the NAV?

In short do you believe that the NAV and the PE will also be buzzing?

I think people have indeed "caught on" what is happening here - as is reflected in the share price

But then again I do not work in this space and market and will defer to your superior industry knowledge.

Have a look on l s e, two posters very close to events at CTP and MXP arrived on the COMS BB indicating good things happening behind the scenes at COMS.

Note as well COMS plc website has been updated with new focus, next 10 trading days will be interesting as results come in and rumours of big hitting CEO arrival.

Placing & Open Offer of 416,278,701 new Ordinary Shares to raise up to GBP2.08 millionComs (AIM: COMS), is pleased to announce that Charles Stanley Securities has placed, on the Company's behalf, 200,000,000 new ordinary shares at 0.5 pence per share, with certain institutional and other investors to raise GBP1 million.The Directors recognise the importance of pre-emption rights to Shareholders and consequently 216,278,701 new ordinary shares will be offered to existing Shareholders at 0.5 pence per share by way of the Open Offer, to raise up to GBP1.08 million. The Open Offer will provide Qualifying Shareholders with an opportunity to participate in the Capital Raising by both subscribing for their respective basic entitlements and by subscribing for additional new Ordinary Shares under the Excess Application Facility, subject to availability. The Open Offer is not being underwritten.

On 29 May 2015, the Board of Coms (AIM: COMS) announceddetails of a proposed Capital Raising to raise gross proceeds of up to GBP2.08 million, including an Open Offer of up to 216,278,701 new Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.5 pence per share.



The Company will receive GBP1.08 million, before expenses, via the Open Offer.

Am I missing something?

Oversubscribed but the co. will only receive 1.08mln before expenses when they stated they wanted to raise gross proceeds of 2.08mln?Are they paying somebody off with £1mln?

Interesting month ahead, accounts, likely to see new CEO and executive team, I understand the one space concept is exceptiona, no doubt they will be focussing on developing this in a big way, expecting this stock to come to life in next couple of weeks...

Note from the previous RNS.

'Successful managed services business', this is what they are focusing in, high margin, high volume, look at every city in the UK pre-let, refurb, speculative development all buying into the sustainability agenda, believe me Redstones 'One Space' concept has the ability to scale quickly.

Silence will end very soon, expect CEO and route map for the business and a return to confidence in this stock, within next month or two.

Just spoke to one of the guys at Redstone, apparently they are all flat out at the moment, sounds like they are very busy, good news.

So they raised the money and were well oversubscribed.

Hearing a lot of good things about Redstone in that 'space' note they have gone on radio silence in terms of twitter for the last two weeks,I guess that is because the website and all social media is being updated.

I am expecting CEO/ CFO announcement imminently and a route map of the future laid out, see L s e for a link to smart buildings article expected to increase from 5 to 17 billion in next 5 years.

OO Well oversubscribed. 135% - Good news :)

So all the money they asked for has been raised.

The original 1m placed with institutions and other investors and 1.08m via the offer to shareholders.

We can move forward now with a well funded and leaner profitable company. Should start to see us move up now I think from this low.
