Helium have increased not gone away !

Looks like a much better proposition now.

Helium know their stuff.

With cash position sorted they can concentrate on Redstone which seems to have excellent prospects.

Hopefully this will now keep TW quiet and the price will recover.

Yes DB has gone but is Helium going with him?

If so there is another 87 million share left to go but I do not expect this as I am sure the friendship between DB and Helium may well have turned with their investment in here and VMP.

When the 94m went through though at 16.19 this afternoon and completed the large sell totalling DB's 138m shares with a mid at the time of 0.5p, the mid dropped to 0.425p in the last 10 minutes. Hence I believe Helium are staying.

Clearly, Coms will not do a placing while this is going on but now it is finished. Expect an RNS tomorrow with a holdings showing DB has sold and a placing in the next week. How much they need no one knows but I expect the bucket shops will force a placing around 0.35p as I discussed a few weeks ago. Trouble is, the price may be a little lower

Plus with the directors and Helium taking up the placing, they won't be selling those and neither will the shareholders taking up the open offer. I'm subscribing for all of mine plus any surplus.

I got another 300k first thing. Nearly 9k in and could see 3p in the coming months. Helium is backing this and they know more than we do but I've done some and the Redstone potential is great. They made 2.5m profit in 2013 and are growing in a growing market. Look at our market cap. Minimal debt £2m. Working capital through the placing. In a good position to grow after selling them loss making part for £2.5m plus up to another £1m plus they keep all the debtor balances at the time of the sale.

Helium upped their stake, taking up the open offer as well would get them over 20% of the company.

Clearly they are close to Frank and will be aware of plans going forwards, really great news this.

Placing & Open Offer of 416,278,701 new Ordinary Shares to raise up to £2.08 million

Coms (AIM: COMS), is pleased to announce that Charles Stanley Securities has placed, on the Company's behalf, 200,000,000 new ordinary shares at 0.5 pence per share, with certain institutional and other investors to raise £1 million.

The Directors recognise the importance of pre-emption rights to Shareholders and consequently 216,278,701 new ordinary shares will be offered to existing Shareholders at 0.5 pence per share by way of the Open Offer, to raise up to £1.08 million. The Open Offer will provide Qualifying Shareholders with an opportunity to participate in the Capital Raising by both subscribing for their respective basic entitlements and by subscribing for additional new Ordinary Shares under the Excess Application Facility, subject to availability. The Open Offer is not being underwritten.

In the event that the Capital Raising is fully subscribed, the Company will receive gross proceeds of £2.08 million.

Can this be the start of a recovery? Any investors brave enough to take up the offer?
I feel if MXCP are in the background helping to sort out the problems it may be worth holding a small stake.

Good posts chaps. I bought £7k worth as think it will have a good rally over the coming weeks and will hold or top slice depending on news and the quality of the CEO

If you also look on Redstone contractors reviews (ie where they can leave posts about their experiences working for the company) you will see that all the reviews are excellent. ie professional outfit, good to work for etc.

The clues are here for me, in the RNS on the 24th Feb the guidance was that revenues will meet expectations ie Redstone which makes up c 70% of these will meet city expectations, also note the number and diversity of jobs on offer within Redstone at present.

I think the route map now will be appointment of CEO next week or two, full strategy plan and I think the results although no doubt dire will highlight indeed that Redstones and Darksides performance has been encouraging, hence the direction we are now heading in.

Note again the Smart Building concept is still in its infancy, companies like Redstone are in the right place and this is where the boards time and investment should now go.

Assuming we have now cleared the decks as I believe we have I can't see why not with the right investment and acquisitions and the RIGHT management this can't be a 100-250m revenue business in the next 2 plus years.

At the currently share price it is chronically undervalued imo.

Hearing Redstone is currently doing exceptionally well.

As at 31st March 2013 Redstone was at 30 million in revenues and 2.5 million EBITDA.

I assume by virtue they are keeping them it has improved on this lets say they are at 45 million to end March 2105. lets add 5 million on for Darkside and assume EBITDA consistent so say 4 million EBITDA, all COMS Telecoms mess aside.

For someone who works in this space 'smart buildings' etc I can say without a doubt this will see huge growth in the coming years with new builds, refurbs due to EPC requirements, sustainability agenda etc.

I am looking at 5 p per share here over the next 12 months with 10 p plus 18 months onwards.

The Redstone brand is very strong in the industry and can see the logic in the boards plans, investing in this is the right thing to do, look out for a top drawer sector CEO soon.

Also value in Darkside which has a great reputation I belive in the industry.

I am looking at this to start moving very soon.

DYOR etc.
