On 8 May 2018, Computacenter plc was notified that The Greg & Rosie Lock Charitable Foundation Trust, a PCA of Gregory Hugh Lock, the Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, sold 15,027 Ordinary Shares of the issued share capital of the Company. Following this transaction, the Greg and Rosie Lock Foundation Charitable Trust's holding decreased to 99,973 shares.
