21/2/2017 10:18 | Let's hope we close at this level and then onwards and upwards to news on the 9th of March :-) | cheshire man
21/2/2017 09:37 | Finally breached 50p for the first time in 16 months. The key now is to stabilize above this threshold ! | masurenguy
20/2/2017 19:59 | God willing Dahhad | rickyvader
20/2/2017 18:54 | It might take the forthcoming results to get it through the 50p mark but hopefully thereafter it can gain momentum if progress on the pension and debt issues is demonstrated. | dahhad
20/2/2017 18:33 | Modest but encouraging buys through the day, topped off with 25k at the full ask reported late. Be nice to push through 50p in the coming days. | gleach23
20/2/2017 12:06 | Well spotted rivaldo :-) | cheshire man
20/2/2017 11:03 | Tipped.... "One big yielder I'd buy, and one I'd sell, in March By The Motley Fool Feb 19, 2017 Updated: Feb 19th 2017 08:16 AM Shares in Communisis(LSE: CMS) have received a hefty dose of rocket fuel of late, the stock touching 27-month peaks around 50p per share just last week after gaining 38% in value over the past 10 weeks alone. Communisis a month ago announced "trading for the year ended in line with expectations." The company was boosted by a new three-year contract inked with Sony Europe for providing a wide range of communications services. Other notable contract wins include a mammoth deal with HMRC in December, and the City expects the firm's growing international presence and digital delivery expertise to support a stream of fresh contract wins from 2017 onwards. With costs also coming down across the business, Communisis is expected to follow a 13% earnings rise in 2016 with a 6% advance in the current period. And this is predicted to translate into increasingly-tantali For 2017 a payout of 2.5p per share is predicted, up from an estimated 2.4p for last year. And this period's projection produces a chunky 5.2% dividend yield, trashing a 3.5% average for Britain's big caps. This year's anticipated payment is also well protected by expected earnings, with coverage of 2.5 times sailing ahead of the safety watermark of 2 times. Furthermore, steadily-improving cash flows should also underpin sterling dividend growth, in my opinion." | rivaldo
14/2/2017 09:20 | Brief update on the fingers xxd thread (post 8228). Doesn't say too much - look out for buys above 50p and volume of 600k. | gleach23
11/2/2017 12:27 | At last we've reached 49p, which is the year high. Not before time! Needs to be some support established, and then I make next stop 56p, 60, 63, on the 2 year chart. 70p by summer, and with a following wind... | brucie5
11/2/2017 07:37 | He's wasted a lot of money on Horizonte Minerals There's a listing of his holdings | danieldruff2
10/2/2017 20:52 | Can anybody shed light on Richard Griffiths track record on this type of investment. Is it possible that his company is buying shares for a third party. I don't really know this business, but has Communisis ever been discussed as a possible aquisition by either a competitor or larger player who would like to add the aquired expertise to its own portfolio of services. | ukcheshire
10/2/2017 18:01 | sharw - thanks, yes that was my understanding | gleach23
10/2/2017 17:45 | I think the point 123Will is making is that today's announcement was triggered by the sale of 65k shares taking the holding below the 3% mark. However, as I read the disclosure regs., Slater should have announced passing the 4% mark (roughly 8.4m shares) on the way down and failed to do so. gleach23 - the regs specify whole percent intervals from 3% upwards, You can sell down from 3.99% to 3.01% without declaration but a small amount taking you from there to 2.99% and you do. See | sharw
10/2/2017 17:28 | So they have sold just over 4m shares since December but the transaction that triggered their holding to go below 3% happened to be for 65k shares? If they clear to zero I guess we won't be informed about it now that they are below 3%. | gleach23

10/2/2017 13:46 | Slater has only sold 65000 shares. It is the combination of direct and indirect that may have changed | 123will
10/2/2017 13:11 | Professor X10 Feb '17 - 10:49 - 1149 of 1150 0 0 I can't see it reaching £2 brucie5. There were a lot less shares in issue back in 2000. -------------------- No, I was just observing. 2k share prices are hardly realistic to expect. I would be very happy with 71p, and then review. I'm not expecting fireworks, just a gradual appreciation in value. | brucie5
10/2/2017 13:09 | Slater Investments have reduced their holding by 4m shares - which is nearly 40% of their previous holding - over the past 2 months. Their shareholding was 10.3m in early December and it is now 6.3m. Most of these shares would appear to have been acquired by Richard Griffths, who has increased his holding by 4.7m shares over the same period. | masurenguy
10/2/2017 10:49 | I can't see it reaching £2 brucie5. There were a lot less shares in issue back in 2000. | professor x
09/2/2017 17:37 | Used this morning's retrace to top up my holding and keep up with Richard Griffiths. After we reach the one year BO point, I can see the chart moving inexorably back to Liberum's 71p target, on the basis of the simple H&S. At its peak this was worth over £2, but alas, that was in 2000. Way to go, but with the divi coming in on top of any growth, this one lets me sleep quite well at night. | brucie5
06/2/2017 09:31 | Hi rivaldo. Just sold a few this morning as I am very overweight after purchases at around 37p. But not to worry, I am still quite obese in these! :-) I am not really thinking of any substantial selling anywhere near the current price. | edmundshaw
06/2/2017 08:37 | Welcome back rivaldo,,,,,,,maybe 2017 is going to be our year :-) | cheshire man
03/2/2017 13:31 | Richard Griffiths continues to increase his position. Notification of increase in his interest from 41,591,933 to 43,892,672 shares, since the last notification on 20/1. This takes his holding above the 20% threshold & just under 21% of issued share capital... Holding(s) in Company - | speedsgh |
