Thanks for that Nexus nice find.Snippet fromThat."ยท Incremental resources for the AT-4 Block, approximately 10% of the area of the Inniss-Trinity Field, to be targeted by Pilot C02 EOR operations estimated at 859,000 barrels, representing an incremental recovery factor of 12.3%; "SO COULD THIS BE INTODUCED IN TO GOUDRON? Goudron 1.3bboipCurrent recovery estimates 3% So my question maybe ED or techies if you're about could answer .Could this be implemented into our field and potential up recovery rates to 10% Imagine what that alone would do for the share price I thought Goudron had 800mboip so latest CPR must have increased to 1.3 bboip At present we can get out 11mbo Add 90mbo on to that with Predators technique of that were viable for Goudron. WOW!

Carp,

Oh I thought you were hinting at attracting more momentum and liquidity. I'm quite happy with as it is too. Not too bothered about short-term price movements either. Added a few at just above 4p as couldn't resist, just in case gold deal completes in '18. I then intend to hold for divis. The only time I would consider selling any of these is if they hit big in SWP and the share price gets carried away.

Regards,
Ed.

Those in the know and in the dough appear to have an unfair afvantage at the lowest price since takeover. Seen it many time and just as issed off as always!! Anyone agree??
Arry wake up!

I agree with you there Carp.It was a nice post by Ed but I do agree the last thing we want to do is attract short-term traders.

As you say Ed , who knows. Not much interested though in attracting shorter-term traders, AIM attracts enough of these as it is, I'd like to see CERP recognised as becoming a solid investment vehicle for the medium term future, which by attracting the right deals it will.

Carp,

Who knows. If/when they sign off on steeldrum and are active across multiple fields it may well bring more regular news flow and incremental production increases to keep the trading more active. Predator won't be restricted to quarterly updates next year. If the CO2 works we'll hear about it. LK has mentioned in the past that talks are ongoing in Suriname and Colombia so its only a matter of time before Gold deal completes so to be out is too big a gamble here. But to attract the shorter-term traders a gradual increase in production may do the trick. If they do a $100m in heavy oil it would gain considerable 2P and production, its cheaper than intermediate oil in Colombia (another alternative for the gold deal). Its technically tricky though but SA according to LK is a heavy oil expert and he's our chief operations guy. Either location a phased $100m development/redevelopment programme would make CERP look unrecognizable from its current profile.

Regards,
Ed.

....makes me wonder where we'd be without bigmj's 500K top ups!

Edit. I don't see CERP recovering by slowly ticking back up and recovering lost ground over months. Instead a price explosion lit by M&A news should blast it rapidly to new highs. We all know how heavily LK is focused on company-changing inorganic growth.

Jaffa,

Well timing on your 15p per share will depend if/when LK can conclude a deal with these fellas:

A little bit of light reading for you fellas:

Interestingly that field is at a similar depth to Goudron so $100m would go a long way into a lot of wells.

Ed.

Totally with you Jaffa, in same boat as you . Up to my neck with these too but I feel more confident to have my money with Leo than anyone in my eighteen years of investing. It will bear fruit as the buds are chuting.

I quoted Brent @ $57 as a comparison WTI was @ $50 ish at the time.
I'm up to my armpits in Cerp and have been a bit piqued at the apparent inverse relationship in the oil price rise and Cerp's fall. I have bought more shares to bring down my average (15p) but Cerp have just kept heading south. Having said that I still have faith things will reverse, just not as quickly as I hoped.

One thing I find strange is why Schroeder's aren't tipping up atbthese levels after buying millions at 5? I would have thought they would like to average down a little .////// The trouble with investment funds is they change fund managers. The person who chose to invest in Cerp may or may not be in charge of that fund now. As long as Cerp don't put out a holdings RNS showing that they have reduced their holdings then that may be as good as it gets. Schroders may though still have the same fund manager and could buy more Cerp,it is a hard one to guess.

Don't want to jump the gun on this but we had all this with Goudron as well that each well would significantly jump as per 2017 presentation.I can't tell you how excited I was about that presentation with the charts and results of those wells initially one went from I think 10 barrels up to 80 possibly even more i'm sure was mentioned. So sounds like a similar scenario that of course the Wells could dramatically increaseBut maybe they won't that is the unknown unfortunately.Lesson is just don't be too assuming as it might not happen

Also Jeffa spt affects things and also the fact you're quoting Brent not WTIPlus also the Petrotrin saga may have momentarily knocked a few investors and they bailed. There was also a period of eight months with very large daily sells far outnumbering buys and no share price can withstand that also hence the drop .Hang in there though as I have a feeling we are on the corner soon to turn .
