12bn - you are the one giving readers here unsolicited advice on the share price - you take the consequences when you get it SOOOOOOOO wrong - of course it doesn't help your case when you tell us you don't research this share and have claimed that you can't see the difference made by new management!

Where would the share price be without Schroders buying? It seems likely to me that Schroders are trying to keep the share price up to make their investment fund look good. Just imo of course. The truth of declining production should arrive next month and then we will see the true position here, imo. Discounted placing here soon?

Indeed arry, it would appear Schroders must have been buying in the range 5.4-5.7p too given last week's price movements. Shows great support seeing they entered CERP at 5p. Must be very worrying for 12bn given his extensive research and analysis.

TG,

Absolutely, great to see Schroders hoovering up the little fellas as they head for their target holding. LK when he entered wanted a strategic cornerstone investor with 20-25% or something like that. Perhaps Schroders will be the one. The trend upwards is likely to continue on the deepening of Bonasse and the drilling in the SWP. I'd imagine that Schroders will want to be in place and loaded before these events.

Regards,
Ed.

So, the way I see it is that the company has a percentage of people who are investors and a percentage who are traders.

Schroders have taken 84,489,898 of those traders shares and converted them to investor shares.

This means that the number of shares that aren't tightly held has fallen, with the result that the share price should be tending to move upwards.

12bn - more misery for 12bn as Schroders continue to ignore his sell at 2p advice!

I know. I just thought that it was an interesting article. Petrotin don't appear to have a tight rein on what is happening.

offerman, read this:
hxxp://www.guardian.co.tt/news/2017-09-14/av-drilling-knocks-reckless-petrotrin-claim

It's nothing to do with LGO or CERP other than to show that the monitoring of production and delivery to sales via Petrotin appears to be messy and confused.

The Trinidad news that drew my attention was that in October, an internal audit by Petrotrin revealed oil production from one of its on-land lease operators, showed remarkably high increases in oil sent to the company. It revealed Petrotrin paid $800,000 to the lease operator for oil produced between January to July, but which it did not receive at its Pointe-a-Pierre refinery.

Looks like it wasn't just the crude oil that was slippery!

No problem TG
Shows that percentage wise they have a bit of way to go with us, and are not adverse to adding more.

Schroders upped their stake in President Energy on Friday to 14%.
Looks like they have an appetite for two AIM Energy companies at the moment.
Hopefully they will keep adding here.
