Cohort, the independent technology group, today announces the following director share transactions.

Andrew Thomis, Chief Executive

The Company was informed on Friday 15 April that Mr and Mrs Thomis had each sold 4,098 Ordinary Shares from their respective nominee accounts on Wednesday 13 April at 372p per share. ISAs in the names of Mr and Mrs Thomis each subsequently purchased 4,085 Ordinary Shares on the same day at 372.70p per share and 372.73p per share respectively. Mrs Thomis purchased 26 Ordinary Shares on Friday 15 April at 390p per share.

Following these transactions, Mr Thomis's interest and that of his connected persons in Ordinary Shares remains at 100,000, representing 0.24% of the total issued share capital of the Company.

Simon Walther, Finance Director

The Company was informed today that Mr and Mrs Walther had each sold 4,033 Ordinary Shares from their respective nominee accounts on Wednesday 13 April at 372p per share. ISAs in the names of Mr and Mrs Walther each subsequently purchased 4,020 Ordinary Shares on the same day at 372.40p per share.

Following these transactions, Mr Walther's interest and that of his connected persons in Ordinary Shares is 88,039, representing 0.21% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
