Every sell or buy is a trade. When it is executed at bid price or lower, we call it a sell. You can still call it a trade if you like; you are not wrong.

Increasingly looking like the type of activities you see near a turning point on the chart. Lots of shares being sold directly to the market below the bid price, but share price is actually advancing!

The decline in share price after the results, from around 265 to 235, was because of this pending sale. I think we have already seen the bulk of the effect. I repeat: no dilution here.

I never ever buy weakness but it may offer a price action reversal to add in the coming days. I'm quite prepared for it to visit the 220 as they usually do when placing so occur. But I have no idea what will happen... And nor does anyone else

All done outside the market hours. Shares moved from one institutional holder to others. My main take on this is that the seller is now out.

This "placing" is not going to have a diluting effect on the share price. If I understand it correctly, one of the big shareholders is selling half of their holdings to other institutional investors at a set price. The share price in the open market may never see a price as low as 220P. In fact, knowing who the seller is, and the fact they are not going to sell any more over the next two months will probably draw a line and pave the way for the share price future advance. The fact they are doing this now, indeed confirms the recent results have been fantastic and their stakes will be eagerly taken up by other institutions.

Less than 15% of the whole company shares are being placed. Any likely decline in share price will be an opportunity to top up.

A look at the 2 year chart tells me all we need to do is to capture the heights of the IPO price around 275p. Beyond that will be blue skies and no resistance in sight.

The seller is happy to sell at 240. :-(But then someone else is happily collecting those shares. Waiting for the seller to finish offloading.

There is a seller at 255 who is selling into the rise. Fair dos, but when they finish selling, this will fly towards 3 Pounds mark.
