18/7/2019 22:07 | Every sell or buy is a trade. When it is executed at bid price or lower, we call it a sell. You can still call it a trade if you like; you are not wrong. | rafieh
18/7/2019 17:53 | It wasn't a sell - it was a trade. | davr0s
18/7/2019 14:46 | Increasingly looking like the type of activities you see near a turning point on the chart. Lots of shares being sold directly to the market below the bid price, but share price is actually advancing! | rafieh
17/7/2019 16:34 | Wow! More than 3 million shares sold this afternoon, but the price didn't drop at all! This could mean we have seen the bottom of current decline. | rafieh
10/7/2019 12:22 | Market is fully aware of that news - it's in the rear view mirror now | davr0s
10/7/2019 08:21 | Codemasters (CDM) FY19 results presentation by Frank Sagnier, CEO & Rashid Varachia, CFO, given shortly after results. Outlook sounds very confident. | tomps2
05/7/2019 07:20 | The institutions which bought 20m shares at 220P, seem to be backing this price up by keeping the bid firmly above it. | rafieh
04/7/2019 18:05 | Needs to close higher in the next few days to confirm for my method - so reversal early days on this one for me | davr0s
04/7/2019 16:14 | The first day reversal since the big sale of the shares. Could herald the change of trend upwards. | rafieh
02/7/2019 11:46 | Not many people seem to be prepared to sell below 220 P. | rafieh
26/6/2019 17:47 | Not surprising to see it retrace to the placing price - let's see if it can hold around these levels in the coming days | davr0s
22/6/2019 17:36 | I have no idea where price is going... And nor does anyone else | davr0s
22/6/2019 17:35 | As I said before... You've spoken to all the sellers to establish that? Mere speculation | davr0s
21/6/2019 07:06 | The decline in share price after the results, from around 265 to 235, was because of this pending sale. I think we have already seen the bulk of the effect. I repeat: no dilution here. | rafieh
21/6/2019 06:22 | Have you spoken to all the sellers out there then? | davr0s
21/6/2019 06:22 | I never ever buy weakness but it may offer a price action reversal to add in the coming days. I'm quite prepared for it to visit the 220 as they usually do when placing so occur. But I have no idea what will happen... And nor does anyone else | davr0s
21/6/2019 06:16 | All done outside the market hours. Shares moved from one institutional holder to others. My main take on this is that the seller is now out. | rafieh
20/6/2019 19:59 | This "placing" is not going to have a diluting effect on the share price. If I understand it correctly, one of the big shareholders is selling half of their holdings to other institutional investors at a set price. The share price in the open market may never see a price as low as 220P. In fact, knowing who the seller is, and the fact they are not going to sell any more over the next two months will probably draw a line and pave the way for the share price future advance. The fact they are doing this now, indeed confirms the recent results have been fantastic and their stakes will be eagerly taken up by other institutions. | rafieh
20/6/2019 19:44 | Less than 15% of the whole company shares are being placed. Any likely decline in share price will be an opportunity to top up. | rafieh
20/6/2019 18:13 | Placing so we will likely go down tomorrow | davr0s
20/6/2019 15:28 | A look at the 2 year chart tells me all we need to do is to capture the heights of the IPO price around 275p. Beyond that will be blue skies and no resistance in sight. | rafieh
20/6/2019 11:16 | Is the seller out? | rafieh
13/6/2019 13:41 | The seller is happy to sell at 240. :-(But then someone else is happily collecting those shares. Waiting for the seller to finish offloading. | rafieh
10/6/2019 13:04 | There is a seller at 255 who is selling into the rise. Fair dos, but when they finish selling, this will fly towards 3 Pounds mark. | rafieh
10/6/2019 11:31 | From the Codemasters videos: Gaming market expected to expand 10x with new streaming services (currently 250m to 2.5 billion). From the Results: Digital income 2019 59% (2018 40%)GAAS yr on yr growth 2300% | edwards9 |
