Or might be using the remaining funds to average up. Will just have to see. Certainly company figures and market sector look very compelling.

Good Luck All.

Thanks 74graham, an unusual comparison that I hadn't thought of - I guess a slight improvement on simply plucking a figure from thin air. I will watch & learn as you suggest !

contact -good comment. I'm in eiib and happy holding because I also think it's being confused with ibb which is a true bank and is loss making. eiib is profitable and more like cch in it's operations. I'm happy holding both cch and eiib--coverage will increase very soon on results IMO.

moneypit23 - you are not alone. I've been on to these for weeks and have not yet taken the plunge. Every morning greeted by a massive hike-up in share price (on virtually no volume and accompanied by a very quiet bb thread).

Despite the stellar rise and a regular position on advfn's front page (risers), it's still spookily quiet....and no one is really taking any profits either....

"Is there anybody out there?!"

Still watching from the sidelines.

But EIIB has it all to prove; and is already valued at £192M! No customers and it's all yet to be done!

CCH is really doing fantastic business; well established and a really focussed trade finance operation - EIIB is trying to be all things to all people - it's a bank with all the products and services that banks have to offer - higher overheads; more staff; more IT etc.

Please yourself - I'm sticking with the winners, not the wannabees!

philjeans, i think when u take into account all the new products eiib offers and is the only sharia based investment company approved by fsa, u will find that its eiib that will be the major financial player of middle east and europe, eiib has only been in the market for about 10 month and they have acheived i would say a mile stone in terms of goal and products.

just wanna say eiib is another one to watch out, already in profit, recently directors bought some shares, goldman sach got interest in, prelim out on 28th feb, they are seriously undervalued, and they offer sharia products like cch, dont take my word go in their website and have a look at last years report.
