chancer - seems no problem buying millions at 0.33 - is Keith selling his stock?

WINS switched to the bid from the offer with SCAP the only MM on the 0.40p offer. HOOD still bidding 0.30 for stock even after picking up 2.30 million in sells now since last week. Tick up on the offer today on no buying which again possibly means that a large bundle of shares is being filled for someone!

The tick-up is purely on the offer price. The bid price hasn't actually moved. Still only giving .30p for a sell.

Wait and see what develops this and next week.

Just topped up with 146K shares at 0.33 pence. L2 is positive at 2 v 1 and tick up as well today.

Rathbones were quick to sell their 4 million shares after the last RNS. Interestingly, Singer & Friedlander have still held theirs (same quantity)!

Hi 1littlejon, The company will carry on talking to people right upto the EGM. They will keep talking to interested parties on their assets, i.e. AIM listing and intellectual property rights. If at the EGM there are other proposals they have received upto that date then those will put to the shareholders. The EGM could always get deferred too.

Not expecting any kind of suspension if MVL goes through. Obviously the company would have 12 months from that date to find another project into the business.

Real prices again closed at 0.30-0.35pence, couple of small buys at 0.35p. HOOD desperately want stock for something! 800K in sells at 0.25-0.30 pence since last wk. The price cannot move until they HOOD have filled a possible large buy order IMO.

It seems HOOD need stock at 0.30 pence and have just picked up 120K at 0.30 pence from the 120K at 0.40 pence this morning. HOOD may have a very large buy order to fill! Real price 0.30-0.35 pence

A 100,000 buy has come through at 0.35 pence from an hour ago!. The MMs are just not getting any stock back at 0.25-0.30 pence!

I can still buy 100K at 0.35p. Restricted to 100K however could buy 2 * 100K multiples each at 0.35p. I had to phone broker.

Some delayed sells are in the system.
