10/7/2007 20:50 | rmart - can you please put the information in the header post in blue. Please put < font color="blue" > without the spaces before your first word and put < /font > after the end off the very last word. Again the second tag without spaces. That is a good post that you've prepared for the header which clearly explains everything! Thanks. | chancer6
10/7/2007 20:46 | Brooksky...my posts just now are worth a read for everyone to clearly explain the MVL process and future direction of the company. Agree, price should start rising tomorrow. I've filtered the doomongerers, they could have spend that time doing some research! | chancer6
10/7/2007 20:44 | Up again tommorrow.. Can you keep the posts down to a minimum please, lots of posts about nothing and a fair amount of inexperience on this board. This is a high risk share and should be treated like one thanks | brooksky
10/7/2007 20:33 | Hi Pc again, I don't have any more free funds to invest after buying 700,000 shares but after doing that research just now on MVL etc I am feeling even more confident about these at these levels. If I had free funds then I would pick up another 300K to take my holding to 1 million shares. As I said earlier at these prices we are in a WIN-WIN situation, | chancer6
10/7/2007 20:26 | Evolutec recently went into a MVL and the listing has remained. CWV would become the below too: A listed entity with a view to considering possible transactions which would involve reversing another business. In the EGM notice, the company hasn't put a resolution for the cancellation of the listing. A cancellation listing resolution would look something like the below: proposed cancellation of admission of Evolutec's shares from the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange plc Evolutec orginally did in their's but Gartmore and one other instituitional holder were going to vote against that. So a revised EGM was done and keeping the listing. | chancer6
10/7/2007 19:57 | In a members' voluntary liquidation, the directors swear a statement, known as a declaration of solvency, to say the company will be able to pay all its debts within a period not exceeding twelve months. The company would not be 'insolvent'. Only liquidations result in the company being automatically dissolved. It is possible, following the conclusion of a receivership, administration or corporate voluntary arrangement, for a company to remain on the live register and continue trading. The above should make things even more clearer though the company has no debts so even better! | chancer6
10/7/2007 19:40 | Some fail to understand the difference between a company calling in the administrators and then losing the listing and a company going into Members Voluntary Liquidation (MVL) and keeping the listing. One scenario which is likely is that the company will dispose the current business. And that's it!!! The AIM listing would remain! All the hurdles and time to get a listing will be worth to someone out there! Just for that reason and with the current valuation at 300K these remain a strong buy. All the other shells out there on AIM are currently valued way in excess of that! | chancer6
10/7/2007 19:10 | Hi pc, The real price closed at 0.30-0.40 pence. Level 2 also changed to 2 v 1 from opening at 1 v 2. Two good developments there and yes I topped up with another 100K to take my holding to 700K. Not buying anymore I think. You point out about the EGM but even after that its not all over!. The company would have 12 months to complete a reverse takeover from the EGM date. The shares would remain listed and considering a listing is worth atleast 600K then that would put a value off around 0.75 pence on the shares. Obviously an offer for the company would be ideal which could still come. If it doesn't then there's still alot to play for and easy 150% gain from these levels minimum if the company becomes a shell. Alot of shells maybe out there but not any with a clean balance sheet like CWV's. With the other shells it takes ages just to present a clean balance sheet. Opportunists would be able to use CWV's listing straight-away! WIN-WIN situation here at current prices IMO! | chancer6
10/7/2007 18:59 | Hi, chancer6. I see that you have had a busy day, loads of posts. Looking at the trades the MM's have had a productive day. Traded out most of the stock bought in. Just a few K left over. As I posted, still looks to be that they're the winners. I will admit I've been tempted to average down but on previous experience with other companies as others have posted. Once you're on that downwards slope then nothing short of a miracle changes things and sadly in CWV's case I don't think that will happen. That ' We are open to discussions / offers', has that familiar ring and as previous, I do not think we will see any thing come of it. A case of 'crying wolf' once too often. I still think the MM's are playing games. They have read this Board and found that its being ramped [No offence meant] and while you and the odd punter are buying they are tickling the sp. But at the end of the day the bid / offer are still firmly set at 00.0025 and 00.004. They have probably been following your every post. I see that you have been buying more. Just wondering what Your stake will end at. Being, we still have 18 days to go before the EGM? Was wondering what they would do this afternoon when that 280k sell went through. But as was pointed out, that was a previous buy last week for 00.004 so they were happy with the each-way profit they made on the deals. So they left the sp be. Will look in again tomorrow. Good luck to you but I think You will need it on this. pc | pc4900074200
10/7/2007 18:30 | I think after my 100k and the 200K buy we should finally start moving up tomorrow. L2 did close at 2 v 1 too. We ended up getting the 200k buy after their arrival! Best to ignore them rmart. I've filtered them both! | chancer6
10/7/2007 18:28 | the muppets sales did not arrive then ! a failed attempt to shake out some sellers. No doubt they will be back tomorrow to try again. Desperate measures IMO. | rmart
10/7/2007 17:21 | Good buy for 200,000 shares has come through at 0.40 pence from an hour ago. | chancer6
10/7/2007 16:32 | At Close: 0.25-0.40 pence though real price closed at 0.30-0.40 pence. Level 2 finished positive at 2 v 1. Can sell 250,000 online at 0.30 pence Can buy 100,000 online at 0.40 pence Being able to buy now even 100K should provide the impetus for the next wave of rises which should be commencing soon. As just even a shell with no business the valuation should be nearer to 1 pence! | chancer6
10/7/2007 16:21 | It defies belief that some can't still work out that these are worth nearer to 1 pence if the business goes and becomes a shell. Won't get more a cleaner balance sheet which someone can take advantage off straight-away. | chancer6
10/7/2007 16:13 | Edward i bet we dont see another big sell. | rmart
10/7/2007 16:10 | Edward it was a dig at me not you..but i agree this pair are infamous, touting worthless sub penny stock, then dumping about time they came unstuck. | paravion
10/7/2007 16:10 | My 100K top-up at 0.40 pence has come through! | chancer6
10/7/2007 16:08 | Oh dear guy and girl. What dross. The sellers are waiting to dump. watch a big trade come through at close..have the mms mugged enough punters to work it yet we shall see. As regards i should be ashamed look at your selves first. chancer riddles threads with painful ramps. And there are a multitude of buyers left holding worthless stock. | edward de bono |
