10/7/2007 12:38 | Now you're losing it, working up a sweat! | chancer6
10/7/2007 12:37 | LOL !! Wheres all the trades in CWV ? Perhaps the big ones are all delayed eh ? | stevi1111
10/7/2007 12:37 | PS. The real spread is 0.30-0.40 pence but then again just forget it. Move on son! | chancer6
10/7/2007 12:35 | small mention on SDK thread and you won't c another mention on any other thread. Short fuse or what! Move on! | chancer6
10/7/2007 12:34 | Least if I stick to the FTSE stocks with 1% spread I dont find myself sat on a 50% loss as soon as I buy !!! No wonder your ramping it on other BB's | stevi1111
10/7/2007 12:34 | does this mean that TDI is worthless if CBOT is dumping it? | maxbubble
10/7/2007 12:33 | Wot are u on about. Yes it was same with SDK at 0.40 pence to buy. Is that why you didn't buy those at that price coz they were also on the ticker at 0.25-0.40 pence once upon a time. Stick to the FTSE stocks with a less than 1% spread. | chancer6
10/7/2007 12:32 | Chancer.....That means you've lost nearly 50% of your trade already if you were to sell now. Or........You need the shareprice to rise 100% from here just to perhaps make a small profit taking into account the spread. | stevi1111
10/7/2007 12:31 | No there will not stevi. See rmart's post highlighted earlier. The listing would remain and thats why the directors picked up ten million shares between themselves last week. The business may be gone but the listing would remain. 90 million shares in issue and and as a shell these would be valued around 0.80 pence on just that! | chancer6
10/7/2007 12:30 | Canny Lass - you have to ring up to buy. I had to ring up to get my 100K at 0.40 pence yesterday! | chancer6
10/7/2007 12:29 | Meant this one chancer6...... CMS WebView to be placed in voluntary liquidation after TDI talks fail LONDON (Thomson Financial) - CMS WebView PLC said it would call for an extraordinary general meeting to propose that the company be placed under Members' Voluntary Liquidation (MVL), after talks for its TDI product has failed. The company said that, while it is still solvent, it now has limited financial resources at its disposal. .................. If this happens the shares will be worthless ? | stevi1111
10/7/2007 12:29 | The below is thanks to rmart: The company are talking to a number of people regarding possible RTO, CO Sale, TDI deals, etc etc. Imagine if a couple think they are in with a shout of doing a deal. Could they be buying up the shares now at these silly low prices. ? The listing is worth 0.75p per share but there is more to it than that. 1. (most unlikely imo) We get a sale for TDI. MVL will be cancelled and around 1.5p immediate. 2. (most likely IMO) Someone is sniffing around again to buy CMS outright. Price will creep up and then once they have got as many shares as poss at under 1p they will make an approach. Price will go to 3 to 4p. 3. Ideal outcome. Bob and Keith stick more cash in and seek new opportunities. I think there are oe or two possible ideas kicking around. Price if they are successfull, who knows maybe double figs. | chancer6
10/7/2007 12:28 | Doesn't say that Stevi. See my earlier post! | chancer6
10/7/2007 12:26 | Don't seem to be able to buy any decent volume online. Struggling to get more than 20K and having to pay full price of 0.40p for them. | canny lass
10/7/2007 12:25 | I spoke to Bob Antell and got a deeper explanation on everything and then accumulated my position. Each to their own! | chancer6
10/7/2007 12:24 | stevi......eerrrmm NO! | chancer6
10/7/2007 12:21 | here we go resedential deramper rich appears! LOL! | chancer6
10/7/2007 12:21 | I saw a post from Chancer6 on another BB claiming CWV would be the next one to rocket north. Cheers for the honesty Rmart. | stevi1111
10/7/2007 12:20 | Canny lass and stevei1111 this is a pump and dump exercise | richjp
10/7/2007 12:18 | anyway, I dont think you could get many before it will jump. imo by the way. How did you find this one, I am iterested as it seems odd that we are suddenly getting new visitors. | rmart
10/7/2007 12:17 | stevi1111, buy on your own research as they say. I know my feeling but i'm not going to ramp it up for anyone to encourage buyers. It is a risk, you could multibag, you could lose as with any share. | rmart
10/7/2007 12:08 | The company will carry on talking to people right upto the EGM. They will keep talking to interested parties on their assets, i.e. AIM listing and intellectual property rights. If at the EGM there are other proposals they have received upto that date then those will put to the shareholders. The EGM on the 27th of July could always get deferred too. Not expecting any kind of suspension if MVL goes through. Obviously the company would have 12 months from that date to find another project into the business. I've started buying these at current levels especially after the news last week that a couple of the directors had picked up ten million shares between themselves at 0.20 pence. | chancer6
10/7/2007 12:07 | Whats the story? Tell me why I should buy and I will. | stevi1111 |
