15/12/2017 11:24 | He made around £1,100. I'm hanging on for a rather larger pay out. | doshdabbler
15/12/2017 11:20 | I am very interested in your "decent profit" on your last sell. Please share the figures with us. | anley
15/12/2017 11:14 | Good morning. It wasn’t me this morning. Anley, I may or may not regret selling those 250k yesterday. If these are manufactured rises for profit taking, then I’m seeing if I can benefit from that....with the understanding that small PI’s very rarely do. You don’t have to believe me, but my trades are insignificant in the grand scheme. If I miss out on a big rise so be it, but I made a decent profit on that sell yesterday whichever way you look at it. GLA. | limited access
15/12/2017 10:09 | Good morning all Either a recent 250k buyer with limited patience sold just now or a placing client taking profits. | maytrees

14/12/2017 22:24 | ALBA currently trading at 0.39p target price 6p making a nice 15 bagger. Please read the following: MARKET CAP PUZZLE ❖ Alba (market cap £8.4m) is in a resources neighbourhood populated with listed companies with much enhanced market capitalisations, such as UKOG.L (£134m) and JAY.L (£172m). With either shared project interests or adjacent tenements to these companies, Alba should trade at a much higher valuation than its current token value. Like Bluejay, Alba owns 100% of its ilmenite project. Direct comparisons with UKOG are also instructive. While both companies own other projects, UKOG’s 49.9% of Horse Hill Developments Limited (HHDL), when compared to Alba’s 18.1% means that Alba has approximately one third of the value of Horse Hill compared to UKOG but only about 7% of the market capitalisation. Once the market recognises these disparities, the room for growth in Alba’s share price is undeniable. VALUATION RATIONALE - Our valuation in this First Equity Limited initiation note uses a risked valuation approach for Alba’s two main projects, at Horse Hill and TBS. The Horse Hill licences are valued using independent published technical data from Schlumberger, Xodus and Nutech on the oil potential of the licences, along with our own assumptions on recovery rates, oil discovery value, resource and development risks factors. From this a risked value of $127m net to Alba on a ‘Base Case’ basis is derived for Horse Hill. Given the similar geology and economic potential of both TBS and Dundas, we have adopted a risked closeology valuation approach, by computing an NPV for Dundas of $223m and then applying a three-tiered risked probability calculation to arrive at a value of $54.7m for TBS. Once Alba announce its JORC resource and exploration target at TBS and Bluejay its Feasibility Study results, this number is likely to be revised upwards very rapidly, possibly up to $200m, representing up to 7p per share in additional shareholder value. We compute a valuation of $185m (£139m) for Alba, equating to 6.0p per share, of which 4.1p is attributed to the stake in Horse Hill, 1.8p for TBS. Given this analysis and wealth of valuation catalysts anticipated across the project portfolio in the coming months, we recommend the shares as a ‘BUY, with a Target Price of 6.0p, representing a potential 15 times plus uplift from the current share price. | stephen2010
14/12/2017 20:08 | I was going to sit tight but sold 250k @2.175, anticipating another retrace to 1.85/1.9. But if not , so be it, and good luck to those that hold for the longer term. There seems to be more buying going on, but I'm a little wary of another cycle of a manufactured rise and then fall to allow some to offload at a larger profit. This has happened regularly in recent months, although the underlying level seems like it might finally be heading upwards after many months of slow decline. | limited access
14/12/2017 15:30 | Take into consideration that the PLACING buyers are in at 1.5p so we should expect profit taking as most will be short term punters whatever the broker tells you...........do not believe brokers in today's market place. | anley
14/12/2017 14:44 | Looks that way. Accumulator picking up from the traders and stale bulls. Bodes well | doshdabbler
14/12/2017 14:41 | Yet another 250,000 share purchase though - someone is serious. | maytrees
14/12/2017 14:30 | Still a bit of overhang by the looks of it. | soulsauce
14/12/2017 14:29 | Interesting how there is a 2K or 250,000 share purchase most early afternoons recently Any way I have been adding though slightly smaller numbers than that. | maytrees
14/12/2017 12:58 | The hot rocket stocks who called eme right every time said they was finalising a deal ages ago so it might be the time | wilsonl22
14/12/2017 12:49 | From one week ago.... cpap man7 Dec '17 - 12:59 - 3471 of 3521 Rumours of a MEGA deal with a MAJOR over on Tw*tt*r!?!?! Anyone heard anything about this from Algy Cluff or otherwise? | cpap man
14/12/2017 12:33 | Yes certainly is anley. Making another stab at next resistance of 2.5p Let's not forget all the corporate activity in the n.sea and new licences due. Things can change very quickly. Not wanting to big up another company but I have a lot of faith in upl and it's CEO. Just picked up some ground in n.sea and other deals to come. Dyor | soulsauce
14/12/2017 12:25 | Circumstances change and all with some knowledge. For example I have spent time looking at all the "gas" blocks in the sourthern North Sea and seeing and working out what Cluff and the boys are bidding for...........all this with the help of an ex Schlumberger chap with offices in Cambridge. It really is interesting and it all ties in with the map of this area which is on the CLNR website. When I posted my "1.65" it was an indication that if the price were to drift then I knew I could buy more cheap stock - the risk/reward was also taken into account. Now the price or even loose stock may have gone so we have a very different set of circumstances and dealing rules facing me. Even at 2p bid the value is still well below the 10p valuation - that is Allenbury - the brokers - 12p less a further discount. I still believe that there will be no news before the end of the year unless circumstances change substantially. Nevertheless its good to see the price over 2p. | anley

14/12/2017 10:48 | I feel a step up is coming. Offered 1.975 to sell 100k right now on HL. Should have had more patience! I'm sitting tight for now. | limited access
14/12/2017 10:48 | Anley, firstly you said the 1.92p trade was a buy when it was a sell and, secondly, you said you would add at 1.65p and now you've added at 2p.You are a strange one, but naturally I wish you well in your investment here. | doshdabbler
14/12/2017 10:35 | CLICK.....this is a bit of a nonsense as all I am trying to say is I paid 2p for 100,000 shares. You can read from my past posts that I have substantially increased by purchase price but my broker tells me that I am so still no where near the 3% disclosure point. With what has happened over gas supplies and what Mr Cluff has to say about the UK and its underdeveloped gas pools then we should wait as the gas is there. | anley
14/12/2017 00:58 | My display is not showing any other sell of 100k other than the one at 1.915 | clickon
14/12/2017 00:29 | NO............mine was @ 2p. | anley
13/12/2017 22:41 | I did sell 100k at 8.18 am @ 1.915 if that’s the one he was referring to. | limited access
13/12/2017 19:55 | Anley, you wrote earlier that the 100K marked sell today was a buy. Limitedaccess you have just written that it was your sell. I am a little confused? | clickon
