No one wants a tax loss. I think he’d rather make a few more millions!

Anyone know what’s going on here?

Extremely bullish update on 27/9 but nothing since with the 30/11 fast approaching

Not very fair on shareholders I think!!

It's held up pretty well against most other Aim shares. Naturally it will plunge now lol

I sense and share your frustration with that comment Anley. I'm sure that behind the scenes Algy is getting on with it and it's just a matter of a bit more patience required to get the deal over the line. News could hit anytime, when it does everything changes.

Hi Anley

Good to hear from you and that you are still a believer and keeping the faith in Mr Cluff.......

I know something that you don't know.

Yeah right!!

Thank you for thinking of me as I am alive and in good health.

I will not be posting so that should keep you guessing and I am a shareholder.

Maybe that’s the case but they are leaving it very very late!!

Will OGA extend again or expect a decision on the day?

Assuming they do secure a partner how do you then value CNR?

Perhaps because a deal has already been agreed in principle....who knows. No advice intended, but seems strange that OGA would grant a further extension unless they know a deal is close. GL

So they have around 30 days to find a partner(s)

Why on earth were they so bullish in the latest update?

Thanks I get it now will stay on the sidelines for the time being eh eh

barnes that's about the size of it if they could actually raise that much.

So if they fail to farm out and go it alone it is going to be dire for shareholders?

Haha Kristini.....hopefully not! Even rich people don’t like losing money and more so especially giving it to the taxman!

Pretty sure Anley is still an avid holder too. Have seen him posting on another board and indeed making mention of Clnr on that board too. GL

Agreed Soulsauce....however hopefully our patience will be rewarded soon. It’s now been a while lol I’ve held for nearly 3 years now. One crumb of comfort is that Dorfman and Spencer are still on board and they ain’t here for nothing. GL.

We should easily be able to find a farm-in partner(s) as overall cost is not that significant in terms of oil & gas exploration - 20-25 million for the two licences. Now that oil price is fairly stable 60-80 dollar range and forecast to go even higher companies will be looking to add to their portfolios and Clnr has a very attractive portfolio available.

I think negotiations are taking longer than expected for whatever reason, but I still believe we will hear something soon. No advice intended and GL to all shareholders.

Yes and the only beneficial way for shareholders is farm in. If the company have to fund a rig themselves then they will have to dilute this so much your current shares will be junk.

The wait goes on as does the lack of interest.

That's always been the case B4......

They need funding & these are the options..it needs funding to unlock any potential value

Says it all really

Plan A farm out preferred option

Plan B see below

Strong and supportive shareholders with ability
to fund future drilling operations
