Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person

The company announces that it was notified on 29 September 2014 that the Sten Mortstedt family and charity trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of the Company purchased 15,954 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 1,384.98 pence per Ordinary Share, with the highest price paid being 1,385 pence per Ordinary Share, and the lowest price paid being 1,384 pence per Ordinary Share, on 29 September 2014.

Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares, including those held in Trust, is 22,160,706 Ordinary Shares (51.19%).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Mr Mortstedt's interest referred to above includes those Ordinary Shares that have been sold pursuant to the Tender Offer (as set out in the Circular dated 22 August 2014), which completed on 15 September 2014 and are yet to be notified to the Company.
