I think SAG want a min price of 1p to put new money in at. Not sure why since the lower the better for those who want to put more cash in as they'll rinse the non belivers more?

I think ABH will want a low price too as it effectively holds a gun to their heads "pony up or fold".

No new money should go in without a proper independent review of what stage they are at. #deafears

There seems to be a lot of chat over the road about how many have signed up to the SG, and the holdings (presumably they have a way of verifying those holdings to ensure accuracy).

Lots of activity, but no mention about engaging with the Management, or indeed who from the SG will be carrying that baton?

Yes, be supportive, but ruthless also, to get access to the real world picture, surely.

Welcome, let's hope we can maintain some decent discussion on CTAG.

My guess is they will be looking for some funding in the short term, and there is the "supportive" SAG, so we shall have plenty to discuss soon, IMO.

Looks like there will be a clash at AGM if the SAG are able to block resolution 5, which means they won't lose preemption rights.

CTAG need to raise funds, and there is no reason for the company to hide what the cash position currently is. It may come as a shock to many and, if Amit wants to issue shares, he may well load a gun and hold it to shareholder's heads.

I expect him to come up with a good yarn and a few of them to give a couple of quid. It's all profit.

I think PIs will be dissapointed to find out how many votes the SAG can mobilise. I heard the deadline is on Friday for many brokers and I suspect many will miss that and some brokers will no doubt be lazy & inept.

Despite that I guess they only need to vote down Amit and some others.

The problem as WShak says is what other options do shareholders have? CTAG needs cash and has no assets so if Amit says more cash or I walk then what options do they have? They could elect a new board but I can't see that. I'd be amazed if there was anything left to govern anyway apart from liabilities.
