I would like to see what ABH offers investors.I would also like to know if an investor can sell shares. There's no point buying more if you can't sell them.

If the SAG wants to prove to the company they need to be taken seriously then they should all vote against resolution 5. Once they get answers they can then have an EGM to approve more share issues the company cannot hold a gun to their head and say if it is not approved at the AGM the company will go bust.
