ColeyYes I do I'm long here so why would I put a dampener on thingsIf roi fight to the bitter end we won't see money for maybe 2 yearsWe will also have to raise cash at some pointAlso how many get what they claim for?Assume we win a quarter and then have to wait two years plus more dilution You do the maths mate

Agreed pug So maybe we continue to climb but nearer to September fear may returnI still think we have a 75pct chance of winning but upside not as great as many here think as directors hold so many shares they will be v b happy to cash in at opportune moment Wouldn't be surprised by either a settlement or a cash bid by a company willing to take this all the way to the courtsMy tgt is still 60p

Except there is no total loss risk until Sept and upside news or rumour can appear at any time imo.

This is too binary for these to trade much above 25:30p as downside is to nothingUnless the upside is greater than a pound which I v much doubt

Perhaps buyers see the logic of a settlement as opposed to acting like king canute.

The evidence freely available in the public domain suggests ROI are dead and buried.

The new GOI seem sensible and realistic, which all points to, the end.

Pembury,

Correct, but if they say that in June and issue a decision on July, something would not be right about that!

Unless the ROI throw in the towel, (which I don't expect but is certainly possible IF they realise their case is hopeless) I can't understand the buying here after the "September" RNS.

The quantities being sold indicate traders nothing else, MM's will clear them then on to 25+.

Pembury,

As they have released an RNS saying "September", if positive news was to be released now there would be an enquiry, IMO.

If things are "happening behind the scenes", then how would the "September" RNS be viewed"?

Momentum is positive, I'd love to know why..........

Im invested here so don't get me wrong, but this will not be over in two months and the immediate conclusion we hope for in September could linger on.All I say is do not use borrowed money as this could backfire in the timeframe many expect.Pay for, hold for a timeframe of possibly 12 months and only use money you can afford to lose just in case this doesn't pan out the way you think, as Oxus shareholders have felt...... me being one of them on "aledgley" a corrupt tribunal at the hands of the UK and Kaz govt.GLA

Somebody here once put calculations up saying that it would be a fair expectation for a stock to trade at 1/3 of what was to be expected if we had to wait another year.
I would obviously prefer settlement either before or after announcement but I certainly dont expect to see these prices after September.
