But it does beg the question why have they given 3 month notice to release the verdict?Theirs a small chance of a settlement before sept but I think icsid will issue the results of authenticity case. Things will go crazy from then. IMHO...

I imagine as they were in Ranadan 21.6.16 as news came out they could have been bad tempered and like headless chickens.
They have now had time to think and festival of charity celebrated and perhaps now ready to plan and think more sensibly ?

I haven't studied the trades but the trend seems to be early morning pick-up followed by a slight dip in the rise. I wonder if someone is transferring (buying then selling) a holding into a CGT tax free such as an ISA or spreadbet.
