rossaman,Im sure your right but surely every case has different circumstances and some of ours,well you just couldnt write the script !
You really couldnt make it up !

Right from the beginning through to the latest Iscid hearing,let alone the burglary and the mysterious fire.
Add to the plot some of the biggest and most distasteful and repectable names in Indonesian heirarchy and the plot thickens.

Bottom line is we wont know until even the end and for many the odds and the price is acceptable if they have to wait.

I do find it a questionable and a very debatable statement though to presume that Roi are prepared to go the distance.
I could think of lots of reasons from pre court meetings ,hearing, media excerpts and their attitude to the court that could suggest that they may not go all the way.
But of course we will have to see ??????

A good question ndeed and Rachmat Gobel for that matter.
There could be a discretionary quiet period or the other thought was is he assisting with negotiations in which case he would have inside knowledge ?
There always was the question of why he was honourably discharged which in 1 article stated it would remain secret between him and Jokowi.

I wonder if our other non exec Mr Nikita Rossinsky (nominee for GL Global Investments meaning Mr.Gobels 14.86% stake) can now take part in the proceedings since there is no longer a conflict of interest with Gobel having been sacked as Trade minister. He's apparently returned to work on his business interests!

Guys we are not alone here because even though the posters that I have filtered cannot post on here there is nothing to stop them opening new accounts in different names and befriend us and then turn when half of the board trusts them.
I cannot ban every new black name but they will go on my suspicous list until Im sure.
