Yes a good summary Debbie. If I held so may shares I would certainly want to be fully involved in the discussions and have a big say in the settlement price.

Our major shareholders have never sold and have all taken part proportionally in the placings.
Todays rns is just another "getting all the ducks in a row"

Cause First Ventures could have asked a long time ago for a board seat so the only thing we can deduce is that they now wish to be closer to the action.

Might look a bit suspicious in the same way if they started dumping!

Thanks Daddy .
I think that if our board and Major shareholders could negotiate what we feel is a fair price we would all accept it ?

Thanks Debbie. I have quickly gone through the Articles of Association and near to the end, (section 182) it says if there is a withdrawal from the ICSID process, we may have to vote on a special resolution to proceed. That is how I read it!

When cause first ventures took the shares they had 2 Indian coal companies and were interested in securing themselves with coal for the future.
It seems there company has moved on and branched out but they have stuck with us even though their shares cost them a lot more than they are today
They have of course been able to take advantage in a few placings to average down on their price paid.

Not sure really as its not a T/O situation whereby they need a certain %age of acceptance votes.
This is an Industrial dispute court case or management negotiating an OOC.

I would only be guessing that if they could make a deal with ROI we might not be asked to vote but if many found the deal unacceptable there could be channels to protest or contend the decision.

I would however feel confident with our management + 1 of Palas men ,this new guy and Fara [ex glencore director] and Rachmats man that all angles and possibilities had been pursued.
Dont forget even in the negotiations our lawyers could also be guiding us.
I think we are in good hands.

Yes, I remember that.

Perhaps that 50%+ might need some "help" with their decisions.

OK, yes, again very optimistic!

BonesWith over 50% of the vote held by a small number of investors, they will be the ones who decide, I should imagine.I remember debbiegee saying something about the companies articles being changed so that any offer had to be fair to all shareholders. I don't know if you have that info Debbie, please.

I was wondering that. I thought any offer would need to be voted on by all shareholders?

I suppose he could advise the main shareholders on what the asset he deems is worth, therefore what an acceptable offer would look like, having background in power?

Interesting also that he's on the board of:
PT Indo Setu Bara Resources Tbk

bones our major shareholders all have a man on board now, I would assume to protect their interests ?
Indeed if there are negotiations going on or lawyer meetings as a major shareholder I would like a man on the board !
