""try to refrain from mentioning prices",lol as if that makes a difference,you cant be serious.Why is the share price taking a dive in the middle of a hearing,the question has got to be asked

I am sure any OOC would bring us close to £1.50 to £2 so would take that with open arms at present Debbie

The MM's will have forward visibility of T10 and T20 trades and where peeps are leveraged and cannot afford to pay for their shares I am sure they are pulling the price down to close them out at a loss whilst there is no news. I am in OXS too as I am sure a number of other PI's are and is well over a year after the hearing was completed and we are still waiting so I am not holding my breath for a decision next week!

I would hope DC got everything more or less tied up before being generous and just the show just for the media now.

[nothing must look too obvious :-) }

I see David Cameron was 'mesmerised' by staff at Kids Company and overruled concerns by government officials to give them millions.Let's hope his judgement doesn't come under scrutiny about another recent 'donation'!

Debbie (22711) I'm not sure about how many shorts are still open, but I'll repost my comment from earlier today as I think the illustration is sound.

"A short on this now would be like the proverbial picking up of pennies from a train track..........with an intercity express due any second. You might score a few coppers, before an awful moment of realisation, followed by oblivion"

Still, who am I to complain ? If people want to play on financial train tracks it's a free country, and it means there is plenty more blue sky on the upside for the share price when they either close voluntarily, or effectively have that decision taken from them if and when a settlement comes. And for those who have been involved in litigation in real life you'll know that can come like the "thief in the night", without warning to the market.....

Personally I sleep well at night and don't fret over CHL. But I don't think I would sleep easily with any position open that required a decline in the CHL share price

:-)

tom

that's why you should dyor and try not to get influenced by what other people posts.
Unless there's something out there in the public domain which is of use in our investment decision for me the rest is just opinions and they can change like the weather...

couple of my stocks have recently done quite well JLP from 1.5-5.4p and TERN 6p-15p. If you listened to all negatives posted about those stocks you would missed out on some nice gains....

As tburns said. It is a binary bet. Having said that, I cannot see Churchill coming away with nothing.
