Chimers , now now, no need to swear. You have a view and so can others, healthy debate and sharing of points should not cause you to react the way you have. I do not need to run, I have plenty and have bought when the price has fallen to average down. I would love to see volume here just like you.

2 sells knocked it down yesterday by 6%, 2 buys today at greater price than the sell, guess what? nothing happens.

chimers, sorry I disagree. The trades over the last 2 weeks have shown more sells. The price range %age wise is also one that does not inspire confidence. The price here is now below it was before they talked about a merger. No news has been issued, the 2 so called contracts have not materialised. Seems to me that this has been pumped and dumped by a few . If this was such an exciting share, with potential news ahead, surely we would have more than 3 -5 trades a day. Seems tome like it has all been hyped up.

It is very static.
In the past few weeks, we have seen what? £10k in trades?
They want to set themselves up before they announce.
A bit like getting dressed up before the night out.

Anyone bailing out here will be furious with themselves later.

There are people far more knowledgeable than me to answer your question twodegrees,but I would imagine they have enough on their plate at the moment just bedding in the two companies to be even thinking about acquisitions at the moment.

And I'm not sure they have the cash anyway. Much work to be done as things are at the moment.

I wouldn't have thought so, but no doubt they will be looking for a RTO target with similar prospects and potential as Cloudcoco's to bring to market. Gl :-)

Asimilar Group Plc (AIM: ASLR), the investing company focused on technology opportunities in the fields of big data, machine learning, telematics and the internet of things (IoT), is pleased to announce that it is making progress in exploring investment opportunities which the Board believes could be transformational for the Company.

Following an approach from a number of existing and some potentially new professional investors, the Board is considering a further fundraise. It is currently contemplated that the Company could raise up to around £5.5 million at some time in the near future at a subscription price to be agreed, however indications are that it will be at or above the current share price.

The net proceeds of the fund raise, if any, are intended to be used, in conjunction with the funds currently held by Asimilar, to pursue the Company's investing policy of focusing on technology opportunities in the fields of big data, machine learning, telematics and the internet of things. The Company is currently actively considering a number of potential investment opportunities some of which may, or may not, lead to a reverse takeover at some time in the future.

In the event that Asimilar raises a further £5 million, it expects to have net cash available for investment of approximately £7.5 million.

There is no guarantee that the fundraise being contemplated will complete or that any particular investment will be made.

I like the look and feel of the website. I bought more this week and just hope that after all these years, progress with CLCO will come good.
