08/2/2018 10:11 | Interesting note from Carcosa, much appreciated. A little surprised we have not seen any announcements recently on changes to major shareholdings. Last week two large trades went through of just over 2%. I am going to stop predicting the share price performance of this stock, the market seems to do the reverse of what I predict, most recently my £2 forecast. Still believe these are very cheap though! | 140661

07/2/2018 10:39 | Arden Partners started covering the company with a Buy rating & 107% upside. "CloudCall is a cloud-based unified communications provider. We believe deepening channel partnerships, a new unified platform roll-out and the recent equity placement have positioned CloudCall for a substantial acceleration that is yet to be fully appreciated by investors. Our forecasts expect short-term sales growth of c.33% FY17-20E to outpace the market. We initiate coverage with a Buy rating and a PT of 300p, implying 107% upside potential, based on the peer group’s trading multiples. Our cost analysis and the board’s experience with similar, highly successful companies (dotdigital, AIM: DOTD) underpin our conviction. In our view, the shares could reach 400p under more bullish scenarios." Full note available hxxp://www.capitalne | carcosa
03/2/2018 09:34 | Two large trades yesterday and over 2% of the stock traded. Should see an RNS next week showing when has been buying and selling amongst the big holders. I am hopping Blackrock have been buying more. GLAH | 140661
29/1/2018 17:21 | all47fish, if you look at the company's website you will see Blackrock owned 1.1m shares before so increased by 100k since the positive trading update. | 140661

22/1/2018 17:49 | Hi AdamYou're right. There was an error in my spreadsheet. I apologised on twitter that night but forgot to update my numbers here. Well spotted | boros10
20/1/2018 15:49 | Not a holder but have had them on the watch list for a while. Seem fairly valued to me so still waiting for a pull-back...if one ever happens! Shame I was dozing in December when the price came back to 130p!! Boros - I have H2 turnover 44% up on H2 Fy16, rather than the 67% which you say...can you check you're figures? Last 4 consecutive halves I have as 2.3m, 2.6m, 3.2m and 3.7m. Thanks Adam | adamb1978

18/1/2018 08:46 | Although revenues were up 42% for FY 17 to £6.7m the real clue as to the underlying momentum is to look at the half year performance. H2 sales are up 67% over H2 FY16. Looking at growth rates by reference to the most recent half year also shows positive momentum. H2 sales were up 35% on H1 in FY17 vs an increase of 23% between H2 FY16 & H1 FY17 and the 14% increase between H1 FY16 and H2 FY16. | boros10
18/1/2018 08:35 | agree with above views. cash burn reducing. once cash flow positive will be viewed by the market as a 'step change' and share price might then really fly. All IMHO. | mfhmfh
18/1/2018 08:18 | On the cash position, they had £0.6m net at the 2017 interims, raised a net £5.3m in the October placings and ended the year with £4.9m. So looks like they consumed about £2m in 2017H2, which means that £4.9m should be plenty to get them through to being cash flow positive? | johnwall
18/1/2018 08:12 | Looks good to me - confirming they have met expectations as upgraded at the last set of interims in September Not sure if the formatting will work, but I think the following summarises their recent growth - FY2016 H12017 H22017 Revenue £4.9m £3.2 £3.7 No. users 16.2k 20.2k 23.5k Net cash £2.3m £0.6m £4.9m They've said previously that they need approx 28.5k users to achieve breakeven so looks like they're well on track to get there this year | johnwall
13/1/2018 08:04 | Trading update must be coming out this coming week and as mfhmfh states a strong update should push the shares towards £2, GLAH | 140661
11/1/2018 16:12 | if share price can get past mini-resistance area of 158 then onto new highs surely. need a good trading update. All IMHO. | mfhmfh
10/1/2018 01:18 | Brucie, Ill probably get shot for this but take a look at BOTB,RBG,SOS,WEY and CALL of course. I hold some of these so have a vested interest. These are his picks for the uK stock challenge. Available for all to see on | ddinksdadd
09/1/2018 17:59 | Trading update should be this week so lets hope its good news. | 140661
09/1/2018 14:06 | MACD turning positive | mfhmfh
09/1/2018 14:05 | rising before possible trading update tomorrow? was on 10th January last year. | mfhmfh
04/1/2018 21:31 | What were his other recommendations? | brucie5
04/1/2018 09:16 | Based on past years I would expect the trading update next week, should make it clear if the good progress made over the last 18 months has continued in second half of 2017. Assuming it has, we should see 2018 as the year this company moves into profitability and given the strong recurring revenue nature of the business we should be well set for strong share price performance in 2018. GLAH | 140661
29/12/2017 23:50 | Fox, not sure about that, he mentioned his top 5 for 2018 the day before yesterday and all 5 were up by average 7.5%! It was pretty stark on a slow days with low volume. Not suggesting anything iffy on his part but it just does prove I think that the eyes of the MMs are everywhere at all times!! | ddinksdadd |
