del, could we be at the beginning of the long awaited share price take-off!! This stock is very tightly held so any serious buying and I could see a 30-50% uplift in one day. GLAH

del, I have copied below the quote Simon made with the last set of final results:

"I am pleased to report that 2016's accelerating sales trend has continued since the year-end, with February delivering record sales from both new and existing customers. The encouraging revenue growth since the year-end combined with the strong January and February sales provides a solid base for the year and gives me considerable confidence in our ability to deliver in 2017. I am also increasingly confident that the Group's plans for the coming year will enable it to continue towards its objective of reaching break-even."

It will be very interesting to see whether the strong start to the year continued, if so we could see the long awaited re-rating. 30% is not bad by the way although 50% is better!

Fingers and everything else crossed as usual 140661!

Need to see what their cash position is. That is a real worry for me.

If they have achieved escape velocity then it will be a damn sight more than a 20-30% rise IMO.

As usual with call, not for widows or orphans!

Its been very quiet here for some time. The business is maturing and people are waiting to see if the long promised move to profitability and cash-flow break even is going to happen. The half year figures are only a few weeks away so we should have a clearer picture then. If it looks like they are making the progress promised and ARR is growing strongly then I could see a 20/30% share price appreciation over the next month or so. As DaveMac3 points out it does not take much to get this price moving. GLAH

IMO director buys do need to be taken with a bit of a pinch of salt.

Most directors think their companies are going to do well, after all!

That said, I am positive here and think the signs are genuinely encouraging.

Yes, Director buys here over the previous years have never reflected the reality of how the Co. is trading.

Good luck 140661.

I am out as soon as I break even - if that ever happens. Only about 33p to go.

del, good to see you are still here. Onwards and upwards indeed. Pleased to see the FD and the new exec director buying more shares. The tone of today's update was measured and confident and I am happy to slowly accumulate, bought a few more today! GLAH

Onwards and upwards I hope!

Hopefully this will be translated into more positive financial results going forward. I am pretty certain there will be a cash call ahead, but also hopefully that this time it will be relatively (and the last!).

Cheers

There you are ali47, fairly positive update in my opinion. Also delighted to see the new board appointment, I met Andrew two years ago and was very impressed by his approach, enthusiasm and knowledge. Shame its taken this long! GLAH

Highly unlikely PJ, I listened to the recent presentation from management post the prelims and they stated there was no need for a further fund raise. Now you could say you dont believe management and some would agree with you but add the new LTIP into the equation and why would management want to issue more shares and make their share price targets more difficult to reach? IMHO, its fairly clear that management now believe they have the opportunity to take this company to £100m+ within the next 4 years. Its steady as she goes with solid growth likely, strong growth in ARR making them an attractive target in 2/3 years time. GLAH

Is it a red herring before yet another heavily dilutive placing? Surely not?

As a long suffering shareholder I need the share price above £1.75 to break even, so a highly incentivised management team is fine by me. At £5 the company is worth £100m and if they can get it their within 4 years I would be more than happy to give away 10%. Lets not forget certain key members of the management team hold no/few shares so its good business to incentivise them through an LTIP.

Thanks for drawing the special resolutions to our attention. I will now read and digest and go along to the AGM.

As a relatively new holder (from the placing) my initial reaction is that I would be quite happy to give away 10% of the company on the condition that the value of my shares increases by a factor of five. What's not to like?

I think that would stretch the moral compass of even an AIM regulator ;¬)

But the fundamental question is why on earth paid managers should ever feel they deserve 10% of the company for doing their job? If they want to share in the profits, why not argue for a bigger salary and bonus and then use that to buy shares?

So do a share consolidation of 1 for 10 to get the share price over a fiver and temporarily offer the service for free to get the end-user numbers up and hey presto you've awarded yourselves 10% of the company...

I guess if they were taking it in lieu of all salary and other emoluments, it would be alright ;¬) Somehow doubt that, though. It reads as though they've spent more time negotiating their terms than they have doing their jobs.

What's the nominal value of the shares? They talk about £1.3M nominal, but fail to say how many shares that represents. A quick look at the Admission document implies it's 20p, which would mean they can allocate a further 33% without a vote. That doesn't sound right though - it's a huge percentage.
