Hi turbotrader,

The Taurex e-mail is definitely down, I tried myself a few weeks ago and I thought Rob Bensh had finally filtered me, for his sanity's sake :-)

If you e-mail him at [e-mail] I'm sure he will reply, no problem.

Are you aware of what's going on in Colombia? I can explain briefly if you like. Our JV partner Quetzal Energy are drilling Canaguay-1 in Colombia and have struck oil, 100ft minimum of net pay.

At the moment Quetzal Energy are carrying out flow-testing and as far as I'm aware we should have the results in a couple of weeks.

There's some good pictures and maps, and plenty of useful information.

Also, Rob hopes if Canaguay-1 is satisfactory, then shareholders will get a return on their investment which is good news, but you will probably want to e-mail him yourself about that.

He's been as frustrated as we have, and he's been doing everything possible and impossible to sort things out.

He sounds confident (in his e-mail) things will come good.

I'm optimistic ;-)

Hi bb44.

It's a good idea setting up a new thread free from all the riff raff ;-)

Quetzal have a few interesting maps and some seismic in their presentation, how about posting those in the header and maybe a link to their website, and equivalent of RNSs etc; and a brief history of how Cardinal became Taurex/Condor and farmed out the Canaguay field etc, if you can get hold of all that.

Of course, it will all be irrelevant unless the shares can come back out of the hands of the receiver, so any info you can find out on that, I'm sure would be appreciated also.

An interesting bulletin board re. Quetzal and flow test discussions etc.

i spoke with him last friday
they have a plan to sell the oklahoma assets and they're keeping colombia - colombia is testing slowly but he believes theres a up to a hundred of sellable value there - with oklahoma sold and colombia sold shareholders can expect to receive 30mm? that sound right?
