Thanatos it appears you have the inside line here?? I personally think that was a very positive update and I read the positives in it rather than the negatives that some see here. We are moving in the right direction and we all know there are still threats here as there always will be! Good news Clon and DH keep up the good work.

As for saying we were invited to bid , how about saying whom else was invited ?
1 of how many bids ?
Other bidders were ?
China?
Germany?
Massive corporations with actual resources and funds ?

I always get at least 3 bids for any work. Sometimes , to make sure I don't want them I get others to bid as well.
They may think they are in with a chance .....
