Option, they could fund raise directly into the new vehicle - would dilute us either way but at least the split would be easier to maintain at 50/50.CLON is still likely to fund raise of course, but for its other activities.

TD not sure thats completely true BOD started processing Diamonds last month they have discovered some quality stones worth a punt i reckon

As for Clon yes to date your assumptions are correct but they did have a go in Australia last year but the gas was not commercial and no reason Pilot plant wont be a success it all depends on wether or not Bolivia gives us a decent licence since post Covid progress is slowly happening only time will tell our Guy from Bolivia at the Clon AGM seemed very Positive GLA

Vaston, no change in the Board in all those years. Privately the Board have made a lot of money through Cooley whiskey. Unfortunately for CLON shareholders that was never on public offer. CLON is just another narrative company. It is highly unlikely that the JV will work; the Board are happy with narrative.

You have to understand so many have lost everything they own going all in on Clon in the past so if Clon start turning over billions soon and give a few million to charities here and there.
Many posters will still show up moaning and maybe they have right to.
