I believe 156 is the last point on the bill to be discussed ( if you look at the agenda ). So if they can agree it then bill should pass. But its very chaotic so i may have missed smtg.Makes the UK parliament look like a finely tuned F1 car.Moving to 2nd bottle of red.....

They've just broken up - due to resume at 5.30 ( hopefully ).Wonder if we will see a few takers in the run up to the close like yesterday.If they did pass it today then the morning will see a big mark up.After passing, there are only formalities left.
