Clinigen Group plc (AIM: CLIN, 'Clinigen' or the 'Company'), the global pharmaceutical and services group, announces that it was notified on 13 October 2017 that the following transaction took place on 13 October 2017.

Shaun Chilton, Group Chief Executive Officer, sold 100,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company at a price of 1150 pence per share in order to finance a house purchase.

Following this transaction, Mr Chilton's total beneficial interest in the Company is 312,943 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.27 per cent of the current issued share capital.
