spary1 you still not understand that my post regarding the mining are concrete and real and I'll be very happy that CL make positive facts to cripto mining that needs to be decentralised. But for now only bla bla ... that attract investors not well informed how the cripto mining works. For example I still wait that, as said, the DC will be switched on.

According: hxxps://www.reddit.com/r/QuantumComputing/comments/jzmny5/could_a_quantum_computer_mine_bitcoin/[...] -- Quantum computers will not be able to significantly outperform classical computers at mining Bitcoin. So, for all the investors, it is interesting to know how in concrete CL will do the task.

Well done today all lth's. Today is a good start in a new direction for CLP. There is light at the end of the tunnel now with todays general meeting being just the start of the transition into Crypto, AI, Quantum and Blockchain technology.

Traders have been in and out already this morning imo. Time for more serious long term investors to take their positions.

Onwards and upwards spary1. Their job has finished it would seem, job done. Keep up your posting - you are doing a good job in illuminating the opportunity for early investors here at CLP as it pivots into a new future of Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, Blockchain and Crypto Proof of Work and Proof of Stake.

FWIW I think it will not just be BTC mining that is the route forward, the alt coins will outperform that route imo.

As you rightly say, the CEO - Computer Science Professor Francesco Gardin - has options priced at 5p and 10p. He could have placed those at any level he wanted to and he chose those.

I can understand people buying in. It is also v likely a good trading share to buy at around the 2p mark. The name change could well give a boost as uninformed investors buy a cool sounding name on a company with a low mkt cap. Just the absolute shyte pumped out above like being able to just dust off and plug in 5 year old mining rigs and being able to invent some new AI systems - it is beyond silly. As far as UK listings go ARB and KR1 are sensible plays, cOIN a bit riskier and this, a pile of steaming clarts to any serious investor. But WTFDIK

I am very content to see the price drift downwards. It is an opportunity to buy in at an acceptable level and just stay patient. With new knowledgeable investors, option agreements that are challenging and the outcome of the court case due soon there is lots to interest the speculators. The price will gyrate up and down and there will be times to take a profit and to buy back in. I much prefer a volatile investment which makes for interesting opportunities. Talking up and down has little affect on the share price and I detest the trolls who do there best to confuse investors, ignore them and make your own judgement. I have held CLP for more than ten years and only now is it beginning to pay off.

Fair comment.
There's not a huge deal of analysis needed on CLP at the moment and even non-expert investors can form an opinion as to whether this is worth a punt. I suspect most investors here have invested what they can easily afford to lose. Anyone who hasn't deserves karma. So, why LargeChablis has to witter on and on whilst not being invested defeats logic.

Investment group Clear Leisure and blockchain-driven Covid passport system firm Catenae Innovation ride the digital wave
By John Harrington, Proactive Investors For Thisismoney.co.uk

A company’s share price does not normally rise after it places shares at a discount – quite the reverse – but Clear Leisure has pulled off this rare trick.

Less than two weeks after raising £680,000 by placing shares at 0.6p each the investment company raised a further £1million by placing shares at a penny a pop, compared to the prevailing share price of 1.25p.

The difference with the latest placing and one reason why the shares rocketed to 2.65p on the news is that all the newly issued shares went to a single person, John Story, who as a result has an 11.4 per cent stake in the company.

The other reason for the share price reaction was the use to which the funds will be put, namely the acceleration of Clear Leisure’s cryptocurrency plans. Everything to do with cryptocurrencies seems to go down well with investors at the moment.
